Personnel très agréable, serviable et accueillant. Les chambres sont très propres. Emplacement top pour visiter les Cinque Terre, cependant attention certaines chambres ne sont pas dans l’hôtel mais dans un résidence un peu plus loin

Cons:

Un grand lit composé de deux petits matelas, pas idéal pour le confort et un sèche cheveux complètement inefficace. Beaucoup de bruit qui proviennent des couloirs.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a beautiful village. We were provided with a pass for the elevators so once you’re booked in, there are no charges to move up and down the hillside. Great base to explore Cinque Terre

Pros:

Lucca à l'accueil est très disponible, serviable et efficace (parking réservé à proximité). L'hotel est bien situé, sur la hauteur. Chambre agréable avec balcon et belle vue dominant le village. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

El personal, la llunyania del centre (moltíssima pujada), quantitat de escales a l'hotel sense ascensor i sense ajuda (som grans), i el parking que t'ofereixen pagant, te una porta que no es tanca. Cap seguretat per el cotxe.

Très bel endroit a découvrir a pied et terminer par revoir l'ensemble en bateau.
Pros:

Très bien situé, bon petit déjeuné chambre très bien avec vu sur la mer. très propre les serviettes sont remplacé tous les jours. Bonnes explications au niveau de la réception pour les accès et train de transports.
