Got the top floor , lots of stairs lol. But this place was a really good price and location for our stay. Thank you!
The room was value for money
Nice room, enough space even though single room
I have stayed in many hotels around the kings Cross area for business. This hotel is only suitable for a very short stay and although ideally close to Kings Cross for transport the amenities and room are very tired and need of a lot of TLC.
I booked a double en-suite. A few thoughts:
No chair, very tight space, no cupboard, very poor wifi glad I had my own.
Toilet seat broken, shower door broken, intermitten poor water presure in shower.
Decoration poor, no heating they must put it on when it gets really cold. No soundproofing in rooms.
Upside, it was quiet enough, close to transportation, and if you want a room for a very short period of time then this might work for you.
I gave this a try to see what it was like, but will return to my trusted hotels around this location.
Tiny, dirty basement room, dark, poor and constantly dripping shower, wobbly clothes hanging unit, no space for anything including turning around. Bedding not clean.
Served the purpose.
Comfortable, excellent value hotel.
I enjoyed my stay here the toilet seat and the tv remote was broken but i wasn't there to watch tv all the staff was very friendly and it was very clean and close to the train station
Good location. Excellent staff. We were made to feel very welcom.
Very basic but served its purpose. A chair as a bedside table, 2 cups (no saucers). no glass.

Reviews are correct. Place was convenient for taking trains like tube, Eurostar, LNER. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Staff was courteous. Room was small but had a bathroom in room. Bed was a bit too soft but covers were comfortable. Was perfect for our stay as we just needed a place to sleep.
It’s was ok for one night stay , room was clean too
As we needed hotel for a few hours only, we knew that we are going to book something which might not be even close to adequate, and this hotel did not disappoint us - mouldy walls and bedding, window wouldn’t shut. I was scared to switch light off in case something will start crawling out from corners. The best thing of it - was leaving.
Person who checked as in was nice though.
It was cold and we told them to turn on the heater but they didn’t, we were 3 and need 3 individual beds which they didn’t have
It was filthy dirty, holes in walls and doors
The only good thing was the distance to St Pancras station
Staff were very helpful- chatting and smiling

I can only speak about our experience at this hotel. When i booked it i knew it was not going to be perfect and was quite apprehensive after reading all the terrible reviews. All i can say is that the bed linen was spotless, the bed comfortable and the lady on reception was lovely. The location is good and the street was fairly quite at a night. The rooms are small and dated with a mish mash of furniture and a window that wouldn't close but being on the third floor and with the hot weather this was not a problem for us.
Well located hotel just a 5 minute stroll from Kings Cross / St Pancras, with very helpful staff.
The rooms are very small and the shower rooms are tiny - just enough room to turn around.
The staircases are steep so if you are mobility restricted then not for you.
The rooms could do with a refit but it's OK for a night or 2.
