Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.

Good location, decent breakfast. It is not a big town so no issues getting around.
Wat een locatie, elke ochtend wakker worden met vogels, schildpadden, zeeleeuwen en leguanen bij het ontbijt.
Alle gelegenheden zitten naast de deur en wanneer je terug komt zetten ze de hottub voor je aan.
Elke dag werd de kamer netjes schoon gemaakt.
The location, staff was good and friendly
Pool is very small not like photo, internet is horrible at this property maybe because to close to water or the company they use. The rooms are so small could not even unpack completely. My daughter n I lived out of our suitcases. The beds were so small feet were hanging off. The entire hotel needs a face lift top to bottom

Needs a redecoration and makeover/update desperately but that would make it a wayyyy more expensive hotel lol also kids in the hot tub didn’t seem like guests and were loud and our room was right over the pool. Make this an adult only hotel and it’s perfect for the Galapagos!
Das beste an dem Hotel ist die Lage bis auf die Tatsache, dass es abends sehr laut ist, wenn nebenan Musik gemacht wird. Alle Zimmer zeigen Richtung Meer.
Das Hotel ist total alt und wird nicht gepflegt, die Zimmer alt, das Bad grausam. An der Rezeotion wird nie gegrüßt. Alles klebt, Türgriffe sind lose. Die Dusche ist winzig und es spritzt von oben in alle Richtungen. Haare werden also immer nass. Das Omelett morgens hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und war total flüssig. Leider darf kein Seehund mehr rein, da ist jetzt ein Tor an der Treppe zum Wasser.
The staff is very friendly, we were able to communicate in English and Spanish. We used the laundry service, $3 per pound, laundry was returned same day when dropped off in the morning. The breakfast was included and was a good basic breakfast - eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt and nuts. There is a nice lounge in addition to the breakfast area. We enjoyed wine from the hotel one night by the water (about $32 for the bottle). This is a great place to see wildlife - we saw sea lions by the pool, blue boobies while eating breakfast, pelicans and iguanas. We did not use the hot tub, you must book a timeslot but saw a few people using it. The shower pressure is good and partial ocean view room on 2nd floor had a great view of the ocean.
Beds are firm. A few days the pool looked a bit cloudy, but then the next day it was much better.

I ate 3 meals at the hotel all delicious. Every single employee at the hotel was wonderful however the front desk person went above and beyond when i could not figure out which port my Galapagos cruise left from. Thank you so very much i would definitely recommend and would love to return!!!
