Direi tutto, ma non è stata una sorpresa: già nel 2009 ero stata nella struttura e per questo l'ho prenotata di nuovo. Luogo eccezionale per bellezza e posizone; personale cortesissimo

Pros:

Location and story about when it was built

Cons:

Needs a good dusting, plants need to be water, showers had black mold. Didn’t get fresh towels for the 3 nights I was there

Pros:

El oficial de servicio del turno nocturno Edgar es realmente muy bueno comprometido con atender al huésped 'la ubicación es buena y el hotel fue una casa colonial hermosa!

Cons:

La persona que esta en la recepción debe tener una actitud de ayuda y colaboración con el turista que llega a su país y no una actitud confrontativa y poco profesional creo que la gente ocupa más formación profesional en servicio (Jimmy)

We loved the location and the friendly staff!
Pros:

The location is awesome, very close to the Plaza Grande and San Francisco Plaza. The building is charming and historic, and we loved sitting up on the roof terrace. The staff were the highlight--incredibly patient and helpful!

Cons:

The bathrooms could use some updating, but were appropriate for the price. Since the rooms don't have exterior windows, it can get stuffy in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms.
