Pros:

The hotel is nice and in a great location, close to many places and easy to get around. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable

Cons:

the woman at the reception desk was quite rude and not welcoming, which created a disappointing first impression. Aside from that, the stay was good

Great hotel in Jerusalem
Pros:

The hotel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean.
The check-in is very easy, the personal is very friendly.
The hotel is in east Jerusalem, around 5 minutes (walking) away from the nearest tram station. Bus stops are there as well.
Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby.
It is easy to reach the main touristic spots from there.
It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!
