Honestly, I didn’t enjoy my stay at all.the only positive thing I can mention is that one staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Other than that, I was disappointed with the overall experience.

I did not book breakfast, so my rating does not reflect the breakfast service.

Cons:

The room was very dirty and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom
There was no mini fridge in the room and not even a complimentary bottle of water. I arrived very late and was thirsty, but there was nothing available in the room. I had to go downstairs and buy a bottle of water for 10 NIS.

The air conditioning was not working properly.
When I took a shower, water sprayed outside the shower area and flooded the bathroom floor.

I also wanted to cancel my last night due to my experience, but there was nobody available to assist me.

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would never have booked this hotel. I sincerely hope future guests read the reviews before booking, not after, as I did.

I will not be returning to this hotel, even though ill need a hotel room in jerusalem twice a week. That alone says a lot about my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Mala experiencia. Busquen otro hotel.
Pros:

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación. El personal del check in, dos chicas, muy amables. lamentablemente, en mi segundo día había un hombre que repondía a todo de forma muy grosera.

Cons:

El primer piso del hotel está muy sucio y con mal olor. Mi lavamanos no servía y me cambiaron al segundo piso. Yo pagué por una cama grande y al cambiarme de cuarto, según ellos no había y tuve que dormir en una cama individual. El primer desayuno que tuve fue excelente, con muchas opciones. Los siguientes días como no había gente en el hotel dieron un desayuno muy pobre, sin opciones,
