Excellent
Pros:

It was lovely and clean. They gave us a choice of rooms. They were very friendly and head of restaurant “Rague” was amazing

Cons:

It’s only a small thing but when I asked for a taxi to airport the reception said it would cost 1,400. Parked outside are taxi’s that will do it for 500. I don’t think they need to do it that way. It cost nothing to just call a taxi.

Very disappointed
Pros:

I didn’t like the property.Staff were not helpful Rooms were cold .We were supplied with the small fan heater which wasn’t working.No parking.Hot showers would work for 10 seconds and stop.Disappointed booking this hotel Breakfast service was very poor.i can say lot more

Good ratio quality price
Pros:

We have felt warmly welcomed at our arrival and on the breakfast.
While the rooms needs some maintenance, all is functional and the ratio quality price is OK .

Cons:

Aside the diner room, the hotel, and the sleeping rooms clearly needs maintenance.

Lovely stay in a nice and quiet haveli
Pros:

Staff and owner Trideep have been fantastic! We as guests were all invited to join the Diwali celebration with the owner, his wife and children and more family; unique and so hospitable! Charming and spacious room. Lovely dining hall in an old haveli with nice original details! Also ATM problem has been solved by owner.

With a couple of modifications, it would really be excellent
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind, very attentive. The owners invited us to celebrate Diwali with them and they really made us feel like home that day, very considerate. There’s a really nice rooftop and seeing all the fireworks from there was special. They have a shop on premise and all you need. The rooms are large and clean in an old house that was turned into a hotel while maintaining its essence. The restaurant manager went out of his way to meet our needs.

Cons:

The shower without any separation from the rest of the bathroom is very difficult to manage. Needing to wait 30 min to get hot water to shower.
