The restaurant is closed every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday throughout the year (except for July and August when the restaurant is opened on Tuesday).

Bookings of more than 5 rooms are subject to different policies.

We offer secure parking with valet service at 24,00 € per night, you can park in front of the hotel in one of our "minute-stop" spots upon arrival, our team will happily help you out with your luggage if you want. Our valet will then take charge of your vehicle and bring it around on demand.
We park the vehicles in a secure public car park 984 feet away from the hotel, it is under videosurveillance and we have been working with it for over twenty years.
Your vehicle must not exceed 1m90 in height (6ft2) in order to fit into our parking garageGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect hotel in Dijon!
Pros:

Room well designed. Great location: easy walk to train station (which also houses rental car businesses so we dropped luggage at hotel, then returned car, then walked back from train station). Splurged on the breakfast - yes, very good. Nice short walks to Halles market, churches, shopping, cafes. All good!

Great location and service.
Pros:

We used the hotel as a base for visiting Dijon once more. Great central location within walking distance to many attractions. Also went to the Prenois race track for a day of high speed adventure, while my wife enjoyed the spa at the hotel. Too bad the famed restaurant was closed during our stay Sun-Tue. But maybe that is a reason to return ...

Dijon was our last stop on our interrail trip to Switzerland and Italy and was a real surprise beautiful city would come
Pros:

Room really nice for our 2 night stay excellent location to old town Dijon and train station. We didn’t eat in the hotel plenty of cafes in Dijon for breakfast but staff really friendly and helpful couldn’t fault it

An exceptional experience
Pros:

We stayed two nights at the Chapeau Rouge and enjoyed every minute. (Of course one must experience The restaurant- unforgettable!!)The staff were welcoming and perfectly accommodating . The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. And of course the location ( and valet parking!!) was so convenient. Thank you for a fabulous time.

Great location, attentive and personable staff, fantastic food.
Pros:

Location, staff, restaurant all fantastic. Very comfortable room. We were even met late in the evening by Monsier Franchot who carried our luggage to our room.
