Excelente experiência em Milão
Pros:

A experiência no Palazzo Segreti foi excelente do início ao fim. A equipe foi extremamente gentil, atenciosa e profissional, sempre pronta para ajudar com simpatia e eficiência. A localização também é um grande destaque, muito prática e conveniente para explorar Milão a pé, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O quarto era muito confortável, bem cuidado, elegante e silencioso, proporcionando uma estadia muito agradável. Tudo foi pensado com atenção aos detalhes, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência.

Sehr Zentral
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und man erreicht viele Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, Standard Zimmer. Beim einschlafen hatte man das Gefühl man hätte die Tramstation im Bett. Die Isolierung der Türe zum Gang lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche ist separat und liegt direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Bettes. Dies ist okay, aber der Bewegungsmelder ist definitiv extrem störend.
Es sind auch keine Hacken für die Badetücher vorhanden. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen - für einen Orangensaft würden zusätzliche 7.50Euro berechnet. Lieber den Zimmerpreis ein wenig höher ansetzen und dann zb. Wasser und der gleichen inklusive abgeben.

Loistava kaupunkihotelli lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja ostoskatu aivan vieressä!
Pros:

Erinomainen aamiainen. Kaikkea tarvittavaa löytyy ja toki kaikkea ei tarvitse syödä. Gluteeniton vaihtoehto hyvin hoidettu!

Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect central location, ideal for exploring Milan on foot.

We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel welcomed us with prosecco and snacks, which was a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the overall experience was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

A very well managed 'palazzo' hotel, with La Scala, the Duomo and Sforza all within a 7-minute walk
Pros:

Staff were extra helpful, with excellent suggestions for restauants etc.

Cons:

Not being able to sit downstairs while breakfast was being prepared.

Séjour presque parfait, mais avec les problèmes liés à sa position en week-end (bruit)

Tout était presque parfait ! Le personnel, la chambre, l'hôtel en lui-même, le petit déjeuner, le bar.... Un vrai plaisir d'être venus vous voir
