A comfy room, a prime location
Pros:

It is so conveniently located to all of the major sights. At the same time, its side street location affords a certain measure of quiet and respite. We loved the retro photos and eclectic artwork! The staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

The floors in our bathroom took a while to dry after our showers.As a result, my husband fell one morning but luckily suffered only some bruising.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, μεγάλο δωμάτιο, κομψή διακόσμηση, καθαριότητα, ησυχία, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό

Cons:

Το ασανσέρ ήταν πολύ μικρό, δεν χωρούσε σχεδόν τις αποσκευές μας και δεν ξεκινούσε από το ισόγειο αλλά έπρεπε να ανέβεις 3-4 σκαλοπάτια
Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό συγκριτικά με άλλα ξενοδοχεία αντίστοιχης κατηγορίας.

Unusual layout in our room2. Shower light auto sensor kept going off leaving you in dark. No hooks for towels. Coat hooks would also be good. Metro must go underneath hotel - rumbles occasionally.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή , καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο , το πρωινό επαρκές , όχι πολλές επιλογές αλλά νόστιμο

Όταν έχεις πληρώσει ένα δωμάτιο 310€ την διανυκτέρευση , περιμένεις πιο επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση , όταν χάνεται κάτι μέσα από το δωμάτιο . Κατά την αναχωρισει μας όλα ήταν καλά , επιστρέφουμε σπίτι μας και βλέπω ότι από την βαλίτσα λείπει ένα άρωμα που έχουμε αγοράσει από το Μιλάνο . Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο ξενοδοχείο και ενημερώνω ότι μάλλον ξέχασα μέσα στο δωμάτιο το άρωμα και η απάντηση που μου έδωσε ο receptionist ήταν του στυλ <<θα το δούμε, στείλτε ένα mail , διαστάσεις συσκευασίας , δεν νομίζω , ίσως κάνετε λάθος >> . Πήρα περίπου 8 φορές την ίδια και την επόμενη μέρα ζητώντας τον υπεύθυνο του ξενοδοχείου αλλά μπόρεσα να μιλήσω μόνο με την ρεσεψιόν , έστειλα mail με το τηλέφωνο μου λέγοντας τι έχει συμβεί αλλά κανείς δεν κάλεσε ή απάντησε . Δεν είναι η αξία του αρώματος , αλλά είναι ο τρόπος που διαχειρίζεσαι ένα τέτοιο περιστατικό σε ένα πελάτη που έχει πληρώσει 1320€ για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις
