Pas désagréable mais encore quelques progrès à faire pour être au niveau d'un vrai boutique hôtel !
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, le chauffage était très bien géré (chaud dans la journée, plus frais la nuit). L'emplacement est très intéressant (facile d'accès en voiture et très proche du centre ville).

Cons:

Les espaces communs sont quasi inexistants, la salle du petit déjeuner est très petite générant une promiscuité pas très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (pas de fruit, pas de yaourt, le même malheureux cheesecake que l'on a retrouvé les 3 matins de notre séjour). En revanche, la préparation d'omelettes/oeufs sur le plat à la demande est agréable.
Le remplacement du linge de toilette était un peu aléatoire (2 matins sur 3 avec une seule grande serviette pour 2), le lavabo était presque bouché.
Le prix du parking public à proximité de l'hôtel était largement sous estimé dans la présentation de l'hôtel sur Booking (20 Euros vs 30 Euros par jour).

Kleines, feines, ruhiges, sehr zentrales Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, Eierspeisen wurden nach Wunsch zubereitet.
Das Frühstückspersonal war äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Der Boden in der Dusche könnte ausgetauscht werden.

Is not a hotel it is an apart-hotel
No room service like written on booking
No privacy on ur terrace with the room next to u and 5 m away it is another building rooftop where a lot of children are comming all day and night untill 22 23 pm
All room service was from delivery companies
