Freundliches Personal. Zimmer solala

Das Personal wahr sehr zuvorkommend und vor allem das Frühstückspersonal freundlich, auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit/Ausstattung. Beim Waschbecken gibt es kein abwischbares Fliesenschild oder ähnliches. Genauso hat es auch ausgesehen. Viele Spritzflecken vom Zähneputzen und dgl. an der Wand. Weiters am Übergang von Boden auf die Wand im Bad gab es Schimmelbefall, das wurde zwar abgeschliffen, aber nicht mehr ergänzt, bzw sieht man schon wieder einen leichten Schimmelbefall. Für eine Nacht um 165,-- habe ich mir was anderes erwartet.

Ein wunderschönes Boutique-Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service, leckerem Frühstück und einer angenehmen, fast familiären
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm. Besonders gefallen hat mir das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass sie sich ehrlich bemühen, bei jeder Anfrage zu helfen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde frisch vor den Gästen zubereitet, was ich sehr schön fand.
Mein Zimmer hatte außerdem einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, was sehr komfortabel war und eine schöne Atmosphäre geschaffen hat.
Während des gesamten Aufenthalts hatte ich das Gefühl, fast wie zu Hause zu sein.

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ich war rundum zufrieden.

Schöne Tage in Köln
Pros:

Gemütlich eingerichtet. Schönes altes Haus in guter Innenstadtlage, fußläufig Restaurants und Cafés.

Cons:

Frühstück war aufgrund des beengten Raums nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Aufgebackene Croissants, sie jetzt üblich werden.

Vom Hotel aus kann man Köln sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente ist originell.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und haben die ganze Nacht kein Auge zu gemacht. Unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Hof buchen.

Ganz nett, aber den übertrieben hohen Preis keinesfalls wert.

Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Trotz vorheriger Ankündigung war es nicht möglich, an allen Tagen ein veganes Frühstück bereitzustellen – das ist nicht zeitgemäß.

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank, sodass man gezwungen ist, aus dem Koffer zu leben. Das ist weder komfortabel noch durchdacht.

Und wer ein Hotel auf einer der Partymeilen Kölns betreibt und ausgerechnet an Karneval trotzdem am Frühstücksende um 10 Uhr festhält, hat meiner Meinung nach seine Zielgruppe nicht verstanden.
