Charmante Unterkunft mit nettem Service und individuellem Charme
Pros:

Netter Empfang, gute proaktive Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Mail im Vorfeld. Schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse und Nespressomaschine. Durch die individuell geschnittenen Zimmer und etwas verwinkelte Lage hat das Hotel den anheimelnden Charme eines Privathauses.

Cons:

Die alten Fußböden sind schön anzusehen, knarren aber auch wenn man drüber läuft - was auch für die Nachbarn gilt. Dennoch ist es für die Innenstadtlage angenehm ruhig.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön! Kein größer Lärm. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Frühstücks Buffet ist etwas kleiner, aber super lecker und alles wird frisch zubereitet.

Pros:

La grande gentillesse du personnel, l’hôtel est à 7 minutes en taxi de la gare centrale (15 euros de taxi). Le balcon très calme et l’équipement de la suite familiale.

Fräscht hotell på lugnt och bra läge. Trevlig personal. Nära till butiker och parkeringsgarage. Säng/sängkläder kändes alldeles nya. Vi fick till och med en liten balkong/uteplats. Det låg en trevlig italiensk restaurang tvärs över gatan. Enastående air condition på rummet!

Cons:

Pentryt var mörkt och något klent utrustat. Allmän parkering gick på 90 euro för 2,5 dygn...,

Es war super! Dieses gemütliche Hotel hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre - eine Atmosphäre der Behaglichkeit, Ruhe und absoluten Entspannung! Dank der Lage des Hotels ist man bequem zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr nett! Vielen Dank, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

advertised equipped kitchen was not functional, causing significant inconvenience when traveling with a young child.

The staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately the accommodation did not match what was advertised.

I specifically booked this place because it was listed as having an equipped kitchen, as I was traveling with my 2-year-old daughter and needed to prepare and refrigerate her food. However, the stove did not work, there were no pans, and the minibar in the room did not refrigerate at all. Staff even came to check it but could not explain the problem, it seemed to me they were well aware.

As a result, I had to throw away milk, yogurt and other food I had brought for my daughter. I also travel with an expensive medication that must be kept refrigerated, which made the situation especially concerning.

The staff kindly stored some items in their restaurant freezer and allowed me to heat my daughter’s food in their restaurant kitchen during service in the middle of their restaurant with other guests. I had to put all the meal parts together because they only had 1 pan, which I really appreciated. However, this is obviously not a substitute for the equipped kitchen advertised

If you need a functional kitchen or refrigerator, especially when traveling with a young child, I would not recommend this accommodation.
