Арарат с высоты 14th floor.
Pros:

У отеля отличное расположение,номера с видом на Арарат великолепный вид.У отеля хорошая просторная веранда для отдыха на свежем воздухе.Относительно не плохие завтраки,без изыск но всё свежее и вкусное.

Cons:

В номерах конечно желательно освежить стены/сантехнику и прочее.Но вид и расположение отеля с лихвой покрывает все эти недостатки.
То есть соотношения цена-качество приемлемо)

Всё очень понравилось. Отличное расположение, хороший и просторный номер, тихо и чисто. Есть выход на общую, большую террасу со столиками и креслами. Доброжелательный персонал.

Good location and exceptional staff
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance from places and city view from balcony was nice. What’s important to me there was single use kit for light weight travelers- toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads and shower hat. It is rare so I appreciate this very much. Most exceptional is staff. Guy at reception (Gor) helped me with tickets and since we had early flight they put our breakfast in take away boxes, it was so nice and thoughtful! Very grateful for this.
