Well located in the center, and rooms/beds are comfy (equipped with extra pillows). But the rooms do vary quite a bit, so it's a luck of the draw regarding which room you get. We stayed in 4 different rooms during our time in Yerevan. Two of them were spacious, and two were tiny. Two of them (19 & 20) had a bidet in the toilet, and two (10 & 23) did not. One room (19) had a dripping air-con (and for some reason they wouldn't come fix it, and they wouldn't even give us an extra towel to soak up the water all over the table it was dripping on). One room (10) had a window that wouldn't seal all the way, so the wind outside caused a loud whistling noise all night while we were sleeping, LOL. But all of it was manageable enough, and still a fine experience for the price. Breakfast varied every day, some days better than others, but always adequate (they could make it a lot better by providing some fresh Shoti Puri bread). Elina at the reception desk is very nice. The refrigerators were small but sufficient.
This hotel is not ideal if you are driving a car. While they technically do have a small lot allocated for guests, getting in and out of it is extremely challenging, and there is a angry fat man from a neighboring property who yelled at us every time we drove into the courtyard.

Отель находится в самом центре Еревана, ресторан с огромной террасой, с которой виден город и Арарат . Нормальный завтрак , комната со всем необходимым. Особую благодарность хочу выразить ребятам, которые работали на рецепции. Со мной случилась неприятность, я оставила свой телефон в такси и они мне старались помочь найти этого водителя , помогли зарегистрироваться на рейс, потому что вся информация была в телефоне, вызвали такси . Пожертвовали своим личным временем ради меня. Я не смогла насладиться красотами Еревана, но зато я встретила прекрасных молодых ребят, которые не бросили меня, а старались помочь всеми силами. Удача улыбнулась мне и телефон нашелся. Таксист оказался тоже очень порядочным человеком. Одним словом, Ереван меня покорил своими отзывчивыми людьми. 😍

Гугл навигатор не показывает правильную точку для въезда.
Есть парковка.
Хорошие завтраки на террасе на верху.

Запах из туалета канализацией, подтекающая душевая, из-за которой нас еще оштрафовали, так как вода льется через край и затекает в прихожую

Complete disregard for basic hospitality standards and check-in timing, especially for a hotel charging $100 + per night.
I arrived at 2:10 PM, and the receptionist politely told me that check-in was at 3:00 PM. No problem—I agreed and came back at 3:10 PM. My room was still not ready.
When I understandably expressed my frustration, the receptionist rudely replied, "Check-in can be at 4 PM or even 6 PM." There was no apology at all.
To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, she suggested that I cancel my Booking.com reservation and pay in cash directly to the hotel for a 2,000 AMD discount. It seemed like an attempt to bypass the Booking.com system and cover up their mistake.
I consider this disrespectful to guests and a clear violation of Booking.com's rules. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially if you're a tired traveler expecting a smooth check-in.
The hotel staff at the reception, both the male and female receptionists, were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, with beautiful panoramas of Mount Ararat and Yerevan.
The pancakes at breakfast were exceptionally delicious! The breakfast hall and terrace are also beautiful, making breakfast even more enjoyable.
The room’s design and furnishings are a bit outdated. However, the room was very clean, had everything I needed, and featured a lovely balcony with a side view of Mount Ararat. The balcony was furnished with a table and chairs, making it a great place to relax.
The location is perfect and very central.
The staff is very polite, and the check-in experience was smooth and efficient.
The breakfast area is located on the 15th floor and features a rooftop terrace that offers truly fantastic views.
Although the property is named "14 Floor," I was assigned a room on the second floor. These lower rooms face an inner courtyard, meaning they have no view and are quite dark because neighboring buildings block the natural light. It would be helpful to know the floor assignment during booking or have the option to secure a room on the higher floors.
The breakfast is very basic, offering standard items like eggs, sausages, cereals, cheese, and cold cuts. It would be beneficial to have plain water available, as only coffee, tea, and juices were provided.
The room itself lacked coziness. It only features top ceiling lighting, with no smaller bedside lamps for reading.
The bathroom needs more functional space; there are no horizontal shelves or counters to place cosmetics, meaning items have to be kept on the bedroom table. Additionally, there was a faint, unpleasant smell in the bathroom throughout the stay.

Grear central location, comfortable room, great view of Yervan and Mount Ararat, directly opposite, on a cloudless non- hazy day. Very clean generally and a good buffet breakfast, suirabke fir mear eaters and vegetarians. The reception staff were extremely polite, warm and very helpful - thank you very much. I recommend this hotel.
The general smell in the corridors and reception areaa - there was a pervaiding scent of very strong oud , which we found overpowering and deeply unpleasanr - this may have been due to the cleansing priducts the hotel uses on floors etc, I don't know...

Very friendly staff. Exceptional cleanliness. Quiet Air conditioning. Coffee tables on the roof top along with charging points. Great panoramic view to see Yerevan and if lucky (weather dependant - fog) a great viewpoint for Ararat mountain.

Everything was clean and good
Локация идеальная, все в пешей доступности, но одновременно не шумно и окна можно оставлять открытыми. Очень приятный персонал, помогали во всем и пошли на встречу в одном вопросе. Завтрак достаточно вкусный. Комната просторная, смогла спокойно открыть 2 больших чемодана. Напор воды отличный. Прекрасный вид.
В уборной был постоянный запах сырости, не важно после душа или нет, всегда стоял неприятный запах и невозможно было оставлять дверь открытой. Вентиляция там тоже очень слабая. Уборка номера без запроса немного удивила, но тут моя ошибка не оставлять dnd заметку. В 7 утра была уборка террасы, которая разбудила меня после долго дороги. На завтраке не хватило разнообразия напитков, но это моё личное предпочтение.
