Pros:

Отель находится в центре, рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Огромный плюс номера Делюкс, что есть выход на телефон трассу прямо из номера. Трасса большая и там приятно посидеть вечером. Вкусный завтрак. В последний день выезжали раньше, нам собрали Ланч бокс.

Un ottima struttura che con un po' di attenzione può migliorare
Pros:

Una ottima posizione per visitare Erevan, vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse e alle fermate del bus 100 per l'aeroporto e 203 per Echmiadzin. La colazione a buffet è molto buona e ricca, un pò carente nella parte dei dolci

Una certa trascuratezza, per esempio un abat-jour rotto (segnalato) mai riparato, un giorno abbiamo dovuto attendere un'ora ( dopo le 16) perché fosse rifatta la camera

Pros:

The hotel is on the lower a lower level and the 14th and 15th top floors of a building. They have rooftop terraces for great views of the city. My room was good size, clean, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. The hotel location is in downtown just a couple of blocks from Rebulic Square and there is public transportipon nearby. I had a good stay.

I had a good stay and I'm going to stay there again.

Fajn hotel přímo v centru Jerevanu, pěší dostupnost pamětihodností, v okolí mnoho dobrých restaurací. Velká terasa s výhledem na Ararat. Velmi dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Nefunkční wifi v pokoji.

На самом деле, отличное соотношение цена-качество. Завтрак скромный, но голодными точно не останетесь.

Отличное расположение, шикарный вид с террасы.

Cons:

Запах в ванной комнате, долго приходилось спускать воду в душе, чтобы пошла горячая вода. Из неприятных моментов: 3 мая проснулись, а воды нет никакой, ни в туалет не сходить, ни умыться. Попросили нам принести хоть воды в бутылках, но так и не дождались. Пришлось пользоваться водой из мини-бара, которую нам потом еще и в счет включили.

В этот раз достался маленький номер на террасе, но в уголке. Санузел очень маленький толком не развернуться. Очень маленькие кровати. У человека с ростом 170-180 ноги не помещаются

Очень хороший и удобный отель в самом центре. Прада пришлось поискать его при заселении. Удобные кровати, новая сантехника, быстрый вай фай. Вкусный завтрак с видом на город. Приветливый персонал. Вода в номере

Se volete alloggiare al 14° piano non prendete la camera "Budget"

La sala colazione al 15 piano con vista sul Monte Ararat. La gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

Ho prenotato questo hotel perchè avevo letto che le stanze erano al 14° piano, cosa fondamentale per me perchè ho difficoltà a dormire e preferisco stare il più lontano dalla strada. Peccato però che non era scritto che, prenotando una stanza budget, mi avrebbero messo al 2 piano, dove hanno tre camere con affaccio diretto sui motori dei condizionatori.
Devo ammettere che, dopo le mie rimostranze, la signorina della reception mi ha spostato al 14 ° (tutta un'altra storia rispetto al secondo) e mi ha rimborsato le tre notti che avevo pagato. Mi sono dovuta trovare un altro hotel per le tre notti rimanenti ma alla fine è andata bene così. Consiglio al proprietario, se non lo avesse già fatto, di specificare che le camere budget si trovano al secondo piano.
