An ordinary room with an extraordinary view.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing for the view from the breakfast terrace at the top. It was worth staying here just for that (and the breakfast was great as well, possibly the best I had in Armenia). However, the room was old and spartan, and I had thought I was getting a private balcony, but in fact, it is a shared terrace, which means you can't keep your window open and people walk past. If you want to be blown away by the view of Ararat in the morning, and you aren't going to be in your room during the day, and you don't mind being "closed in" at night, then this hotel will suit you. In the end, I am glad I stayed because truely, the view is incredible.

Great location. Large room.

Cons:

Very overpriced compared to facilities. Prices increased due to COP 17 - not justified. Spartan room furnishings. Safe and balcony door would not lock.

Pros:

Mount Ararat is visible from the breakfast area on the top floors, and the roof terrace is a amazing. Receptionists are friendly and speak English, and staff are helpful. Good value for money.

Cons:

The staff could not provide extra cola for the minibar. The entrance gates were closed, and the only way in was to call reception, so keep your phone charged. The lobby is small, with no restaurant or bar.

Posizione e posto auto top.
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica in pieno centro. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più visto il traffico di Erevan è stato il posto auto nel cortile. Abbiamo potuto lasciarla fino alla sera dopo avendo il volo tardi. Spettacolare anche la vista. Grazie ad Anya per la sua gentilezza e i preziosi consigli

Mi è piaciuto tutto anche se solo per un giorno. Tenete conto del traffico a Ierevan

Отель отлично расположен в самом центре, завтрак поают на терассе на последнем этаже здания

Окно в моем номере было заклеено матовой пленкой, так как оно выходило на общую терассу, это неприятно

Hôtel central et propre
Pros:

Les chambres de cet hôtels sont au 2eme ou 14eme étage d’un grand building du centre ville de Erevan.
La place principale est à moins de 4 min à pied.
La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est superbe

Stanza al 14 piano, con finestra e vista completa su parte della città e soprattutto di fronte all'Ararat (peccato la foschia!); colazione al piano 15, roof garden, molto intteressante e completa.

Cons:

Stanza non accuratamente pulita; avevamo concordato uno shuttle all'arrivo in aeroporto (alle 23.00); abbiamo atteso inutilmente e poi preso un taxi. Hotel in un cortile interno assai squallido.
