great location in a thrilling City
Pros:

The location in Yerevan's center ist fantastic.From the outside one night be doubtful but rooms, rooftop terrace and breakfast facilities are great. And the while staff are very nice, especially the receptionists. We plan to visit Yerevan and Armenia again at a warmer time of the year and 14 Floor Hotel ist definitely the place to stay.

Cons:

More western options for breakfast would be a plus

Objekat je na odlucnoj lokaciji,jako lepo opremljen,udoban i cist.Dorucak je odlican i raznivrstan a iz restorana imate neverovatan pogleda na Ararat.Osoblje je jako ljubazno.

Όμορφο δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές και καθαρό, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό και τέλεια τοποθεσία στο κέντρο με πολλά μαγαζιά τριγύρω!!

Cons:

Έμπαινε από τον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου ασχημη μυρωδιά τηγανιού, πιθανώς από κάποια κουζίνα, με αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει όλο το δωμάτιο. Επίσης όλο το βράδυ ακουγόταν το νερό που κυλούσε μέσα στα θερμαντικά σώματα.

Отель в шаговой доступности к достопримечательностям города. Вокруг много ресторанов и баров.Персонал приветливый. Завтраки ( для 3 звёзд) хорошие.В номере есть чайник,чай,кофе,сахар.Тапочки и ванные принодлежности.Рекомендую.

Cons:

Плохая шумоизоляция,даже находясь на 14 этаже,слышен шум от машин и музыки с улицы и шум кондиционеров.В номере немного прохладно,но есть кондиционер.В ванной комнате протекал унитаз и сломано сиденье,но это не мешало. В целом все отлично.Рекомендую.

Я бы поставила на балл ниже, если бы не прекрасные завтраки с видом на Арарат, чистоту в отеле, а главное - доброжелательность и отзывчивость персонала!

Cons:

Увы, интернет в отеле не стабилен. Видно, что стараются исправить проблему, меняют пароли, по нашим жалобам вызывали IT мастера, но это улучшало ситуацию ненадолго и не полностью. Ночью инет может вообще отсутствовать. Очень удручала бьющая в нос чрезмерная отдушка в отеле. Этим персонал борется с посторонними запахами из столовой и туалетов.

Mein Zimmer befand sich im 14.Stock. Das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Rettungstreppe habe ich auch nicht gleich gefunden. Der 14.Stock ließ sich nur über einen Fahrstuhl erreichen. Etwas unbehagen hatte ich doch. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig
