Empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub im Burgenland
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, ist also recht einfach zu finden. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Zimmer des Hotels liegen jedoch hofseitig, somit bekommt man von der Straße nichts mit. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

L'hotel ha del potenziale e il personale al ristorante era molto indaffarato, segno di una struttura attiva. Purtroppo, però, gli aspetti negativi hanno superato di gran lunga quelli positivi. Le ragazze ungheresi la mattina meravigliose per gentilezza e servizio.

Esperienza molto deludente dopo un lungo viaggio.

Pulizia carente: Nella camera 301 l'igiene era insufficiente, c'erano ragnatele, la moquette era trascurata e ho dovuto usare gli asciugamani come coprimaterasso perché il coprimacchia era visibilmente macchiato.
Mancanza di sicurezza e decoro: Atmosfera molto pesante nelle aree comuni a causa di ospiti visibilmente alterati dall'alcol e di una persona che girava in intimo nella zona dell'ingresso. Mi sono sentita insicura al punto da rinchiudermi in stanza.
Servizio al cliente: La dipendente davanti al ristorante è stata molto sgarbata, condiscendente e poco accogliente. Capisco il troppo lavoro, ma la maleducazione non è colpa del cliente. Non mi sono sentita la benvenuta.
La mattina dopo Florian o Fabian non ricordo... oltre a non essere presente per la fattura, chiamato dalla dipendent eungherese, mi ha detto eh vabbe... potevi dirlo non sei l'unica che arriva tardi, intanto paga la tassa di soggiorno 4,50euro. Almeno poteva lasciarli no?

Fazit - Sauber aber alt, Eigentümer sind nicht freundlich

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend, das Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Die Eigentümer waren nicht besonders freundlich, die Bettwäsche war löchrig und die Ausstattung sehr alt, im Badezimmer muss man die Wasserarmaturen mit viel Kraftaufwand betätigen-schwergängig

Pros:

Super Frühstück, von 7 bis 10 Uhr. Alles war sauber. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr groß. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut!

Cons:

Die Sauna ist im Sommer nicht in Betrieb.
