Good location, spacious, well equipped studio and Guido's ever prompt & helpful attention,

Cons:

The electric hotplates didn't seem to be quick or effective. However, you could, eventually, boil or fry an egg or two.
Make sure you bring the correct amount of US$ cash, to pay for the accommodation or, like me, you could be making daily trips to ATMs, some of which allow only relatively low withdrawal amounts, to withdraw Argentina "pesos". Thankfully, Guido was patient waiting for payment.

Excellent stay. Will return when in BA again!
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to Obelisco and transportation. Everything worked well, hot water, shower, heat & air conditioner. The host, Guido, was always available for questions and help. The cleaning crew was always available for daily cleaning and maintenance.

Cons:

Did not like the pillows, bed was comfortable.

Pros:

The apartment was conveniently located for central Buenos Aires but quite noisy due to traffic- a problem city wide. The Hot plates provided did not work very well.
