O local é muito sujo e nos primeiros dois dias acabou a luz durante a tarde e ficamos sem energia no quarto por muitas horas.

Very close to the beach, the rooftop swimming pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel stay was ok

The hotel is in a good location, walkable to the beach and shopping, eating. Plenty to see in the area. The room was ok. Nothing special. Had a double twin bed. I like hard beds so the hard bed might not fit everyone’s liking. The bathroom was ok. Didn’t really like the layout but didn’t expect a lot for the price. The one nice thing was the pool. Nice view and area to sit. A little small but wasn’t crowded. Pool was clean. It rained pretty hard and the hallway was flooded and I almost slipped and fell. Thank God I didn’t fall. The balcony sliding door didn’t slide I had to push and force with all my might to open and close it. Maybe a little WD40 might help. Not sure if I’d pick this hotel again. It did its job now…. Next. Staff was super sweet and nice .

It was under my expectations, no hot water, room service entered the room while sleeping, towels are not changed all the time, they forget to give us coffee everyday and when we needed something they ignored our demands, the receptionist does not speak English or french, light went off and no electricity sometimes, the balcony door doesn’t close totally, we carried our luggage to our room because there was no one to help us

Really quiet place in the infernal Patong, near the beach, quiet place

About a week before I arrived at the hotel, I emailed them asking the best way to get there from Phuket Airport. I never got a response. When I got to Phuket Airport, they were asking anything from THB 180 to 1500 for a ride to Patong Beach. It would have been so much easier had the hotel emailed me. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely although the property is definitely dated. Rooms were quite basic and even though it was quite secure, my balcony door lock did not work. There was a stench from the sewer coming up in the shower so I always had to keep the bathroom door closed. Location was fantastic. I can't recall how much I paid for my room but the property is definitely at the lower end of the market. Let's call it "cheap and cheerful".

The hotel is extremely run down. I had to ask to move rooms as my bathroom kept flooding with the toilet. The shower in my second room hardly worked and flooded out over the bath. The towels were stained and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. Location wise it's close to Patong Beach and about 20 minutes walk to Bangla Road. The only positives the hotel had.

When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon.
Towels were not changed for days.

All was good staff were very helpful, Bed was a bit hard as I could feel the springs on the bed digging in to me all the time.

Hotellet var af ældre dato. Og der var 3 dage hvor internettet kørte rigtigt dårligt. Og 2 dage helt uden wifi/internet. Uden nogen kompensation.
Syntes det er for dårligt sådan et stort hotel ikke har ordentligt wifi.
Som selvstændig er man jo tvunget til at kunne checke diverse ting. Selvom man er på ferie.
Udsigten fra terrassen ned på parkeringspladsen.
Som var af jord. Var heller ikke imponerende.
Og madrassen var MEGET hård. Så fik ondt i ryggen.
Så middel standard og syntes man kan få mere for pengene på andre hoteller.

Helt okej hotell nära stranden. Rummet luktade lite rök trots att det är rökförbud i rummet men allt funkade som det ska.

En ukers tur med min kjære

This hotel is located on one end of Patong Beach, away from all the noise and traffic. Many good eating places around. Checking in was a breeze and the breakfast every morning was good standard fare. The room was good size and standard decor. The only complain would be that the bathroom was not properly cleaned and maintained.Maybe it is getting old now.

good stay - very close to the beach, small walk from Bangla road! Beds were very comfortable and good tv channel selection! Staff were friendly too!

The beautician massuer next door was the highlight of the property the bonus.
The chef cooking pork was very sad. From my point of view to ask a muslim to touch pork is disgusting and then to ask him to cook it and make it delicious is obscene and impossible. Bar staff impeccable and impossible to fault.
Central family hotel to stay and definitely past its " best before date " hardest beds ive had the misfortune to sleep on. Shabby linen as in holey and thin. Water dripped from air conditioner onto 2nd bed.No microwave. Scourer is needed to.clean inside of hot water jug!!

A bit far from the main area of Patong, but I love the hospitality from the front desk. Very nice services and a lovely pool on the rooftop.
