Great staff, beach is at the back of the hotel. Nice location close enough to walk into town. Internet is not very strong but it’s a small sacrifice to make.

The loop staff were the best any of my family or I have ever met
The breakfast was well stocked and fresh for the whole breakfast, plus a busy chef who makes your eggs and soups to order
You can walk 5 steps from the pool area into the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand, which recedes at night revealing the sandy beach. Perfect for a walk to your favourite beach bar/restaurant. The world famous Ark Bar was just 10 walk along the beach
The room was cleaned and beds dressed everyday, even after our lazy day sleep in’s

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel, every was perfect. The kids loved the pool and the beach.

We had a wonderful family stay at Chura Samui, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations.
The location is very convenient close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions yet the hotel feels calm and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant family stay.
The staff were truly the highlight of our experience: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, we felt very well taken care of.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming, making it a great choice for both families and couples. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options and drink station offered a wide variety. Housekeeping did a great job, and all common areas were kept clean and tidy. The beach view from the pool was absolutely stunning.
Special thanks to the Chura Samui team especially Manager Pritty (Peab), Nu, Danai, and all the day and night staff for their warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Koh Samui.

I recently stayed at Homm Chura Ko Samoi and unfortunately, I wasn’t too impressed. The breakfast was sparse, with limited variety, which left me feeling underwhelmed. My room was located next to the gym, so there was some noise in the morning that wasn’t ideal. To top it off, I had no Wi-Fi signal in my room, and although they brought me a booster, the connection was still very weak.

On the plus side, the decor was nice and the layout of the property was well thought out. The staff were friendly, polite, and did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was also very clean, and I could tell they took pride in maintaining the space.

For the price, the hotel offered good quality, but overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

The room is very clean and big, the hotel is very beautiful. the staff are very nice. The room is a little bit dark but definitely we will return!

We stayed at Homm Churra for 4 nights and it was excellent. The rooms were very nice and clean and the hotel is beautiful.

The staff were fantastic and provided great service helping us book day trips, taxis and making us feel welcome

In particular, I’d like to give a special mention to the staff member Chai who truely made our stay special. He made us feel very welcome from day 1 and had excellent service, provided great recommendations and consistently checked in on us. He went above and beyond and made our stay amazing

Not great. Falls well below the standards of a 4-star hotel and it would be much better advertising itself as a 3-star. It is more like a glorified hostel.

Accor Platinum status recognition is appalling. The room I have been allocated is austere, dark, there is only one bedside table, and it was dirty when I arrived (dust everywhere, sink leaking). Certainly not the usual Accor standard. To be fair, they did fix these two issues after I complained but they shouldn't occur to begin with.

The soundproofing is dreadful. You can hear everything from outside and from the room next to you - there is zero privacy - this includes being able to hear conversations, intimate noises etc etc. This means I haven't had one proper sleep since arriving.

The 'welcome drink' cannot be used for anything other than a mocktail or soft drink. This is the first time as a Platinum member I have ever been told I can't use the voucher for a glass of wine (even at a basic Ibis a glass of wine has never been an issue).

They charge for ice - again, far from the normal service at a hotel supposedly at this level. The breakfast is poor - very little variety, flies everywhere and uncovered food.
This said, all of the staff are very pleasant and friendly. They clearly do try their absolute best to provide a very positive experience. It's a shame they are being let down by subpar hotel policies and stingy management.

It would be far better for this hotel to be honest about what they are, rather than pretending to be something they are not. I would then have chosen to stay somewhere else. While I suspect it provided a slightly better experience when it was a newer property, it is now clearly showing its age and certainly does not offer value for money.

Homm Chura is situated in a quiet area of Chaweng, which is nice. The people are nice and willing to help as well. The resort however has had its best time. It needs an update. Our room was situated next to the place where they collect the trash. We were afraid there would be rats or other animals. The rooms have airconditioning, but the bathrooms don’t. There it is warm and there are a lot of mosquitos. There are green deposits in the swimming pool. It was the last hotel of our stay in Thailand and we expected more of the four-star hotel at the end of our vacation. We slept in three star hotels during our trip, which were better.

I recently stayed at Homm Chura Samui and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience — with just a couple of things to keep in mind.

The location is spot on. You're close enough to walk into the action — restaurants, shops, the beach — but far enough away from the nightclub noise and chaos that you can actually get a decent night’s sleep.

The rooms are stylish, modern, and have a subtle Thai flair that gives them a bit of personality. Honestly, the shower was *incredible* — probably the best I’ve had in years. I’d install the exact same one at home if I could.

Breakfast was a standout too. Because it’s a smaller resort, you don’t get caught up in that chaotic buffet stampede you find at big hotels. Made-to-order eggs came out quickly, and everything was fresh and tasty.

That said, the resort itself is starting to look a little tired in places. Nothing major, but a bit of a facelift wouldn’t go astray — especially in the common areas and exterior spaces. If they gave the facilities outside the rooms some love, this place could easily be a knockout.

Big shoutout to the staff, though — super accommodating and genuinely funny. They made the stay feel relaxed and welcoming.

I’d happily stay here again, especially if they invest a bit in refreshing the property. It’s a great option if you want comfort, convenience, and a more boutique feel without being right in the thick of the party scene.

We stayed in the bungalow room it was very clean spacious and felt like a little home from home the hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating with great customer service the only downsides i would say is being a very gardeny hotel their are quite a few mosqiitoes and if cannabis is your thing then you are not allowed to smoke on the property, this could also be a good thing if like my wife gets sick with the smell but a fantastic stay overall

Absolutely great hotel, the beach, the pool, mate… I thought was in heaven aha. The staffs were amazing, especially Danai, Note and Sai. The only issue was the laundry, very expensive, take a 2 minute walk down and you’ll find a laundromat that’ll do a whole kilo of clothes for only 50 baht

We had a lovely time! The staff was super kind and extremely accomodating to all our needs. We celebrated a birthday and they surprised us with special decor in the room - it was super sweet!
Facilities such as massages (special mention to Tara Massages) and bike rentals are also available right outside the hotel.
Will definitely come here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach front hotel.
