Great location in a lovely resort

Fantasic place, great pool. Pool access room was amazing, clean latge room. Bed very comfortable. Close to food and shops.

Arrived and was welcomed by the very friendly staff. I was early and they were able check me in and I was shown to my my suite. The landscape is tropical and lively. My room was spacious and exceeding my expectations. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The restaurant has delicious local food options as well as western choices if needed. Vegetarian is also available on the menu. The seafood is very fresh and delicious. I was sad to go, but my adventures took me further south. I will definitely stay again at L'esprit de Naiyang Beach Resort. Wonderful!

It’s worth hotel I stay in Thailand!!! stay away from this place!!! The pool look like a dirty river and their rooms with thousand of animals included 2 inch Ant!!! They not take responsibility of nothing and not answer. Any emails and phone calls.!!!

This resort is perfect— accommodating, friendly, and safe. The staff are wonderful and will help you out with whatever you need whether it’s getting a ride, advising on excursions, or even just a friendly smile. The food for breakfast and the restaurant is super tasty and affordable. They have many options from Thai to international cuisine. The pool area is beautiful, peaceful, and private. The beach, restaurants, and market is a short walk away. You can even walk down the beach to see planes fly in! The rooms itself are more than expected. The staff will clean your room and provide water and new towels daily. The bed is super comfortable and the AC works great. The staff EXCEEDS expectation throughout your stay as well. I will forever hold this experience in my heart, and when I return to Nai Yang one day this is where I will go.

Friendly staff and great services at great prices

Beautiful villas, great service, excellent food, close to the airport.

We have been coming to this hidden gem of a hotel for years now. The poo villas are so special, private yet you step from the lounge onto the veranda and straight into the pool. The villas are so spacious and homely, 2 minute walk to the beach and another couple of minutes into the main part of Nai Yang. The raft over the river is still there with the same lovely man operating it and if you want to return after 9pm reception will send someone down for you (add their whats app to your phone!) The grounds here are immaculate, staff work so hard and are the most friendly team you could meet. From the reception, to the restaurant, the gardeners and cleaning team and the fabulous cocktail maker at the pool bar! We could never get bored of coming here and it will always be such a special place for us. Nai Yang has always been a great escape from the madness of other areas in Phuket, sadly it is being rapidly overtaken by extremely rude visitors who think they own the place and are building huge tower blocks and hotels. They are ruining Nai Yang, but for now L'Esprit remains a peaceful haven just a short walk away from this!

The stay was amazing the view from the room close to the beach the staff where so nice and accommodating we were treated well thanks to everyone from all the departments excellent place for sure we will come back special thanks to the front desk staff 🙏🙏

The room was very nice and spacious but the remote for the TV did not work, the WiFi was spotty, the water in the shower was cold, and I could tell that the property was in need of maintenance. I only stayed for one night but I wouldn’t book this resort again. It’s also very far from the nightlife and any other activities in Phuket. Convenient for the commute to the airport but besides that, I would consider other options. Plus side is the staff is very welcoming and the property is very safe and beautiful.

Overal , a nice property, and conveniently located the one bedroom suite room we got was nicely arranged and the bed was comfortable, however it was not wheelchair accessible as I expected. The path to the room was rough and had several steps over which I couldn’t get un assisted.the hotel staff helped to get me in an out of the room but that was an inconvenience. Also the bathroom was difficult to get into in a wheelchair an there were no safety bars either by the toilet or in the shower.for that reason I can’t recommend it to people who are using a wheelchair and have difficulty walking . Otherwise it was a pretty nice, well appointed room that people without mobility issues would enjoy.

This resort was the absolute highlight of our Phuket trip. If you want to be in a quiet, relaxing resort bubble, this is your place. Such friendly, helpful staff, stunning rooms, stunning pool and beautiful surrounding gardens and trees. The breakfast buffet was a pretty decent price and mix of both western and Thai food. Located just 10 minutes from the airport, but no airport noise, so very convenient to get to after a long flight. It’s in a quiet area that’s got some restaurants, shops and cafes just accross the small river. The area is a bit far away from most attractions though, so I’d suggest staying there for half your trip then moving to a busier area if you’d like to be closer to the action.
We had the pool access suite and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. The room was very affordable, beautiful and spacious. It was particularly glorious laying on the sunbeds on our little deck and slipping in and out of the pool whenever we pleased. We enjoyed it so much we went back on our final day. The rooms are very clean, the gardens are well maintained.
My only criticism is that the pool needs a serious clean where the sunbeds in the pool are. There was thick, green algae on the steps and sunbeds. It was also very slippery and my partner fell over walking on it (last picture). The rest of the experience was flawless though which is why I’m still rating 5 stars. We had such an amazing experience and we hope to come back one day! Highly recommend!
