La situation géographique est idéale et l'endroit assez calme, la piscine splendide
L'hôtel est devenu vétuste, les matelas sont déformés, il faut enjamber la baignoire pour prendre une douche et c'est dangereux quand vos pieds sont mouillés, manque de prise de courant, frigo vide et pourtant il y a un tarif indiqué ... le Wellness affiche une remise de 20% sur les prestations et quand vous la réclamez ils disent de l'action est finie (lol)
Le personnel n'est absolument pas accueillant il est habitué aux client qui arrivent en bus pour une journée. Quand les bus partent tôt 7-8 heure du matin), il n'y a plus de table propre pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet est sinistré. Dommage car avec peu d'effort il y a moyen de faire beaucoup mieux !!!

I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the large sparkling pool, selection of food at breakfast and my room overlooking the Medina. I ordered room service dinner one evening that was great and arrived promptly

The pool was excellent for swimming laps in and getting a work out in. Size of the room was also very spacious with a sitting area next to the bed. Location was quite convenient as it is located next to a shopping mall with a major supermarket (Carrefour) and approximately 20 minutes walk to the Medina.
Soundproofing could be better. We could quite clearly hear sounds of dishes clanking and things being dragged around and suspected that the sounds were travelling through pipework within the walls from the kitchen downstairs. Cleaning could also be improved as we noted that there were debris (e.g. feathers, crumbs) on the carpeted floors upon check in indicating that it had not been thoroughly vacuumed.
There were also no cooked meat options at the breakfast buffet though the range was quite extensive.
