Very bad check in experience but welcome restaurant staff
Pros:

Easy reach location. Stansted facilities

Cons:

We arrived at 2pm and told room will be ready at 3pm which is fine as it is stated check-in time. However, many guests turn up after us being given rooms straight away. When we wait well past 3pm we had to chase for our rooms and find out the previous receptionist has finished shift at 3pm. I think he just does want to deal with us for the reason 1) we are not Spanish speakers 2) I dare to think it is because we are not white. For a unisco listed town I find the service level is unacceptable. I would give zero star if not later we encountered very friendly restaurant staff.

Tolles Frühstück! Für spanische Verhältnisse phänomenal- Wurst, Käse, Eier, Croissant etc

Cons:

Kein Internet und keine Lösung durch das Personal.
Kein Angebot für ein anderes Zimmer obwohl ich danach gefragt habe.
Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich!

Ho trovato la struttura davvero molto bella e curata.
Ottima e di qualità la colazione e pure la cena ha avuto un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo
Non mi aspettavo tutto questo e sono rimasta veramente molto contenta

Cons:

unico appunto negativo, la moquette nei corridoio dove c'erano le camere
Era macchiata in diversi punti e personalmente la reputo poco igienica

Cons:

El único pero quizás sería la ducha/bañera de algunas habitaciones. Teníamos 3 habitaciones y en dos de ellas eran muy antiguas.
