Property was pleasant enough and clean.
Warning guests that they will need certain consumables (such as washing machine tablets and Nespresso capsules) to enjoy their stay from the beginning would be useful (there are no nearby supermarkets within reasonable walking distance on a 35 degree day).
Having the office open only 8.00am to 12.00pm on weekends with no facility to store luggage thereafter is a positively last century approach to tourism. No one wants to sit around Sunshine Coast airport for any longer than necessary.

The rooms definitly need upgrading; rusty sinks; squeaky doors; dusty vents; outdated shower heads and smelly blankets.
Overall the place is very good. Fully furnished with washer and dryer and nice appliances. Small general store ten minute walk. 25 minute walk to beach. Bus stop close by. The gym is not well equipped and not air conditioned.
The location was perfect being on the river waterfront with amazing views from the family waterfront unit. Beds comfortable but not set up as booked with a queen (2 singles instead) and the stairs to the master king bedroom were spiral and difficult to navigate with a suitcase. Staircase definitely unsafe for young children or people with poor vision or any limitation with their mobility. Pool was sparkling clean and very pleasant when not full of guests.
Unfortunately the service was less than expected for 4.5 star accommodation. Pre-arrival information was sent to the wrong phone number, but this was resolved upon arrival.
Stickiness on the carpet in places and rubbish left in obscure places from previous guests. Office hours very limited on the weekend and sadly no hire of beach items or kayaks etc was possible on the weekend.

Had a relaxing stay. Location is vet convenient and booking in was a breeze.
This resort had everything we wanted, fantastic facilities, beautiful location, close to some great restaurants and cafes in Noosaville. It is also it is right on the beautiful waterways!
Great spot. Really enjoyed the stay. The only gripe was the old king bed in the master bedroom. It had 2 huge indentations on each side (leaving a big hump in the middle).
Customer service was not great. Did not give enough supplies and charged us for cleaning in spite of us cleaning up as specified . No inspection at the start and just charged our card for a broken blind that we did not break
Location was very average and could not really get anywhere without a car
Amazing location, beautiful pool and really friendly helpful staff. Tennis court and water sport equipment to hire were also great features.
Apartment was well provisioned and everything in it was pretty new. Staff were friendly. A little disappointing that there was only 4 loungers at the pool we had access to - this limited the time we were able to spend there.
We always stay in Hastings street snoods but never again. The view was magnificent! We were on the first floor which was fantastic. The place was quiet and the interior of the 2 bedroom deluxe had everything you could want on a relaxing holiday. We are back again next June and will be recommending to everyone.
