First of all, there was water in the bathroom leaking every day. They said they fixed it , but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I also skipped and bruised my shoulder. It was terrible. There was no microwave as well. We could not heat up our food. We paid in advance for two meals and they said we only paid for room. There was no mention of food included on my receipt unfortunately. I will ask for partial refund from Expedia .

It is mention there that will be free parking..but i suprised that no parking available..the price was higher than that issued in online
They put some beverages lime water in room but they didnt mentioned they will charge . It was not good at all
Honestly, I was sceptical booking this hotel when I read some of the reviews but am glad I did book it.The price is great, the staff are excellent people, always willing to help with a smile on their face. We enjoyed our stay and we looking forward to coming back in about a year

Otherwise a disaster........
I experienced an extraordinary rude front desk, barraged with calls for payment of prepaid services, my room had an unrepaired broken sink at check in (which was never repaired). We had no router in our room (we had paid extra for a room upgrade). Our WIFI with a router installed was finally "fixed" after 24 hour...... to then realize that we had a signal but such limited bandwidth that we could not send text emails. WIFI signal but no ability to do anything.
I completed a list of 15 problems and the manager was great in listening. I still, however, left the hotel paying for services that were never delivered. I am a seasoned international traveler---rarely have have I experienced such a aggressive and rude frontline staff (who persisted in this behavior even after I had spoken to the manager). He promised to discipline them. I have never needed to speak to a hotel manager twice ever in any of my hotel (given I was only there for 34 hours---even more concerning)
I felt badly for the kind manager who was clearly embarrassed by his threatening staff and the poorly delivered customer services from his front line staff. This will all the more embassassing since I had booked an upgraded room---the Ambassador suite.
Room was very small. Bathroom was sticking..only good thing was locality its near the bus station
The room and the hotel have a bad stink and its awful ....although the staff was good and humble ....furniture extremely old

The hotel staff are really great. There is a parking issue but the staff are helpful and manage it really well. Came back to hotel at 2 am and nowhere to park except what looked like a no-parking area. On entering the hotel staff proactively asked where I parked and offered to re-park my car advising that I would get fined there. Room is reasonable size and clean.
It is not up to the standard of a 4 stars hotel
