Relación calidad precio buena
Pros:

Aunque no está tan céntrico, tiene la parada del autobús justo enfrente con una variedad de rutas de autobuses que te acercan a los lugares turísticos y en ya solo 10 minutos ya estás en el centro.

Cons:

Había algunos pelos en la
Ducha y las sábanas. Por lo demás todo bien

Cons:

No elevator. They had to move us after the 1 night because of a water leak. After requesting to be on the ground floor because it wasn't easy for my mom doing stairs, they still put us on the first floor and when they moved us they put us on the 2nd floor, not considering the request for lower floor. Also website said they could store lugguage prior to check in then when you inquire, they could not store lugguage.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff helpful when the shower tripped.

Cons:

Our room was right beside the main door on the landing, so a little noisy at times. But the luck of the draw getting that room.

Nice hotel in quiet location
Pros:

The hotel is nice overall, decent sized room - clean, good location - buses to the centre right outside the door. Free parking.

Cons:

The shower was really small, I barely fit into it.

Beautiful surroundings, good transport links to the city centre

Cons:

The room is very dirty, full of dust. There are hairs lying around in the bathroom, and there is visible dirt on the furniture and the mirror that hasn’t been cleaned. The housekeeping staff only take the rubbish and don’t even clean the shower cabin.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

I had a late check in. This was very well handled by the Northumberland hotel, and for the pricing it was very good. A little bit further out than I would have liked, but worth that for the money saving.

Cons:

My room was slightly tatty (but clean) e.g. an iron mark on the carpet.

Всі зручності у кімнаті, ліжка зручні. Ми приїхали на 2 ночі, як туристи, тож у номері тільки ночували, а не шукали недоліки.

Cons:

Погана звукоізоляція, тож до пізнього часу чути, як ходять сусіди повз кімнату.
