Cons:

Es war ziemlich hellhörig und die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Der Weg zu dem Zimmer im zweiten Stock war weit und nur über Treppen erreichbar. Man musste auf dem Weg dahin durch 4-5 Doppeltüren, die unhandlich für Koffer waren. Am meisten hat uns allerdings gestört, dass wir nicht duschen konnten, da das Wasser kochend heiß war. Sobald man die Temperatur runtergedreht hat, kam kein Wasser mehr aus dem Duschkopf. Wir haben irgendwann aufgegeben.

We had a lovely 2 night stay, the staff that we saw were friendly and helpful, was close to city, nothing was a problem

Velké zklamání vzhledem k ceně
Pros:

Líbilo se nám, že koupelna byla čistá. Bohužel to je asi jediné pozitivum, které můžeme zmínit.

Cons:

Celkový dojem z hotelu byl velmi špatný. Okna byla špinavá, závěsy děravé a pokoj měl okno přímo do rušné ulice, takže tam byl hluk. Také nás překvapilo velmi neprofesionální přivítání — pán na recepci nás uvítal ve sportovních kalhotách a tílku, což nepůsobilo dobře.

Dalším problémem byla rychlovarná konvice, která při ohřívání vody silně zapáchala spáleninou, takže jsme ji raději nepoužívali.

Cena byla navíc velmi vysoká vzhledem ke kvalitě ubytování — za jednu noc pro tři osoby na jednom pokoji jsme zaplatili přibližně 196eur. V této cenové hladině bychom očekávali výrazně lepší standard.

Celkově hotel působil velmi špatně a rozhodně bychom ho nedoporučili.

The location is fantastic, the free parking is great.

Cons:

The front desk staff were very rude, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, our room smelled like weed, and the bathroom wasn't in great condition.

Staff is rude. Dude left me carry a huge piece of luggage by myself on the 3rd floor. At least for politeness offer some help to a lady. I didn't expect to find no elevator. The corridors had a weird smell. The room was barely cleaned, if at all. We had to ask multiple times for towel change and even toilet paper. We couldn't close the windows nor use the bedstand lights. Beds of extremely poor quality. Unfortunately it was a longer stay. Never, ever again. I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel ever by far, particularly the striking lack of care (not even pretending). I was misled by the 3 stars, this is definitely NOT a 3 stars hotel

Pros:

Asked for a 2 bed room got a 3 so it was a great size. Comfy beds, was close to a wee mall that had a huge Sainsbury’s in it. Bus stops are right outside. Was exactly what we needed

Can’t point out anything I didn’t like. Would of been nice to have a mini fridge but we got through easy not having one

Internet was not available in our room number 17.. was available in the lobby. Management was not able to rectify the problem. My friend's room on upper floor had a very small window and it was suffocatingly hot at night.

Skittent og nedslitt rom. Personale lite tilstedeværende, og ingen forklaring på hvordan man kommer inn etter at reserpsjonisten var gått.

Die Lage außerhalb des Zentrums aber mit guter Anbindung, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, und die Aussicht auf einen freien Parkplatz. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum für den täglichen Bedarf.

Cons:

Muffiger, abgestandener Geruch in den Fluren und Treppenhäusern (Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen) und die Dusche könnte etwas mehr Wasserdruck vertragen.
