度假村整體設計舒適時尚，非常乾淨整潔，餐廳食物也好吃

接待櫃檯部分員工不是很友善，明明提前詢問過也預訂好shower room，依約前往櫃檯人員卻拖拖拉拉也不主動說明狀況，一副好像我們臨時提了什麼過分的要求，他們是在施捨給我們恩惠一樣，把我們晾在一旁等了20分鐘，令人不解。早餐人潮洶湧，沒有實施分流，較晚入座的住客，只能面對稀稀落落的餐台，現點的麵食站提前10分鐘就不再接受點餐。以上兩點實在不是五星級飯店該呈現出的水準

Pros:

1. Пляж Май Кхао красивый широкий песчаный достаточно безлюдный
2. Персонал на ресепшене - все четко, профессионально
3. Нормальные номера. Уборка в номере
4. Одна из официанток в ресторане на берегу (к сожалению не запомнила ее имя)

Cons:

1. То что сильнее всего расстроило- Бассейн для взрослых постоянно был наполнен детьми, хотя рядом есть специальный детский бассейн. Шум, визг, вообще невозможно спокойно полежать у бассейна. Несколько раз слышала как родители позволяли детям сходить в туалет прямо в бассейне
2. Очереди на завтраки. Стояли и ждали когда позовут зайти, один раз ждали минут 10, в остальное время проходили быстрее.
3. Плохая организация завтраков в целом. Постоянные очереди к кофемашинам, очень много людей, все ходят мешаются, столы стоят близко друг другу
4. Нет обслуживания в зоне бассейна, не ходят официанты. Чтобы что то выпить или закусить, нужно идти самим в бар или ресторан
5. Цены в ресторане не очень адекватны качеству блюд. Если рыба и креветки готовятся хорошо, то салаты и некоторые иные блюда не понравились
6. От кондиционера в номере ночью очень сохли глаза. Когда просыпалась, приходилось бежать в ванную, чтобы их промыть водой, иначе было сильное жжение от сухого воздуха. Решили это уменьшением силы воздуха из кондиционера, но стало более влажно в номере

Fantastic and beautiful!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast with fresh variety, the staff was so helpful. Pools were great and beach access with a massage cabana. Plenty of space to explore. Close to airport but quite and local town has plenty of restaurants and massage parlor.

Needs an adults only pool.
