A place your go to stay without leaving once because any excursions would be a waste of time
Pros:

The Ocean Kitchen menu and staff made this visit trip exceptional, the service and menu with that beach front view and evening entertainment, made the visit memorable!

Very disappointing check-in experience. We waited almost two hours at reception just to check in, which is completely unacceptable, especially after a long journey.

We were also not offered any welcome drinks upon arrival and only received them after we specifically asked. The reception staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming, and there seemed to be very little effort to make the long wait more comfortable or to keep us properly updated.

Unfortunately, this gave us a very poor first impression of the hotel. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much smoother check-in process, better hospitality, and more attentive service from the reception team.

Amazing option with kids
Pros:

This property is fabulous if you have a family. The breakfast buffet options are the most varied and high quality I have seen in many years. The kids club is run amazingly by their staff and is well stocked for various ages, I struggled to get my son out of the kids club he liked it so much. The variety of pools is wonderful.

Cons:

The food was overpriced for the quality for both lunch and dinner. Many hotel guests end up stopping over to the restaurant next door instead.

A wonderful and relaxing stay with excellent service and a beautiful atmosphere.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beach/ swimming pool , and excellent facilities.

Cons:

The only downside was the location, as the property is a bit far from most attractions, restaurants, and other activities.

Cozy family resort
Pros:

We had a very relaxing and chill stay at this resort. Tucked away from the main road what makes it special and gives u the feeling of total relaxation. The spa was on our daily schedule and the breakfast was amazing with different types of dishes daily. The staff were all amazing and willing to provide the most beautiful experience to their guests
