Pros:

Super hotel, le personnel etait vraiment incroyable, la chambre etait grande et on etait vraiment bien situé. c’est un tres chouette quartier! Petit clin d’oeil a Madame Mina qui nous a vraiment bien acceuillis!!

Amazing!
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The staff were really friendly, communicated with us from the minute we booked, organised a transfer from the airport for us. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing each morning.

Pros:

Hotel was in a central location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We had an early departure for the airport and the hotel arranged a taxi and also provided a packed breakfast to take to the airport.

Excellent location close to all things Old Quarter. Jacky the Hotel Manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly ☺️. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning with varieties changing each day. If you’re looking for a smaller boutique hotel in a great location I would definitely recommend Splendid Hotel.

If you are looking for a short stay, without swimming pool in the building, is ok!
Pros:

The location is very good, walking distance to old quarter, nice restaurants and cafes all around. Manager is attentive and trying to sort out issues we have brought

Cons:

They advertise a swimming pool that it IS NOT located at their property. You need to walk outside on the street scorted by them to another hotel 5-7 min away. I feel this is important to mention and Booking should have a look at this. I would not stayed here have I known. Breakfast was unfortunately cold and property is in need pf renovation.

Quand nous sommes arrivés heureusement que nous avons discuté avec des personnes qui quittaient l’établissement qui nous ont dit que c’était le pire hôtel de leur voyage
Que la piscine était inexistante et qu’il fallait aller dans l’hôtel de la sœur du propriétaire pour pouvoir en profiter
Les photos ne sont pas conformes à la réalité il a été mélangé avec un autre hôtel
Nous avons négocié le remboursement de la 1ere nuit prélevée et l’annulation gratuite de notre séjour et avons trouvé un autre hôtel

Um den Pool betrogen
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, super zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen, die Betten bequem, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Der versprochene Pool ist allerdings ein Reinfall, denn die Fotos der Anzeige zeige einen Pool in einem anderen Hotel 5 Minuten entfernt und das wurde aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Das wurde damit begründet, dass ihr Pool kaputt ist, aber anderen Bewertungen zufolge wohl schon sehr lange. Der Pool des anderen Hotels ist zwar sehr schön, aber es ist nicht dasselbe, wenn man seine Sachen alle packen muss und durch die Stadt laufen muss um dorthin zu kommen. Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen des Pools gebucht und sind sehr enttäuscht darüber.
Meine Frau wurde beim Checkout zudem vom Besitzer bedrängt, dem Hotel jetzt sofort eine 10-Sterne-Bewertung zu geben und er hat ihr Handy bedient, das war sehr übergriffig und es gab keine ehrliche und offene Möglichkeit, dem Besitzer Feedback zu geben.

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

Tout était très bien, la chambre très propre et l’équipe est aux petits soins pour nous faire passer un magnifique séjour à Hanoï. Nous avons booké un food tour merveilleux via l’hôtel que nous recommandons fortement. Mr Harry GM, Mina, Anna, Kevin, Jacky et toute l’équipe étaient formidables

La piscine n’était pas dispo mais l’établissement propose de se rendre à celle d’un autre hôtel à 5-10mins à pieds, mais nous n’y sommes pas allés

posizione buona, personale disponibile, anche se si sono dimenticati di portarci le valigie in camera.

ho prenotato questo posto per avere la piscina, non sono stata avvisata che era fuori uso. Ci hanno portato in una piscina di un altro hotel, ma non è la stessa cosa che scendere o salire in accappatoio per rientrare in camera tua, difatti non l'ho più utilizzata.
è stata proprio una brutta sorpresa, avrei soggiornato altrove.

Vaikka spa oli remontissa, uima-allas ei ollut. Ja kyllä kuuman päivän jälkeen auttoi. Hotelli on rannalla lähellä kaikkea. Aamupala normaali hotelli sellainen.
