Pros:

Jeg og min mann hadde 5 netter her som del av en lengre reise. Kjempegod service og hyggelig betjening. Vi var tidlig oppe og ønsket en kaffe før frokosten. Det var ikke noe problem. Vi hentet hos en hyggelig resepsjonist, som ordnet dette for oss. God seng. Godt at det er frokost på hotellet. Nær strand og spisesteder. Enkelt å ta buss til Grosseto.

Breve gita al mare in famiglia.
Pros:

La pulizia delle camere, le dimensioni generose. Staff molto cordiale. Angolo cottura in camera molto pratico. Frigo spazioso con congelatore.

Pros:

Appartamento pulito, fornito del necessario. Balcone grandissimo e posizione eccellente a pochi passi sia dalla spiaggia che dal centro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Alcuni piccoli dettagli come ad esempio la mancanza di uno specchio in camera e dei ganci in bagno dove poter appendere il telo da bagno.

ESPERIENZA ALLA MARINA DI GROSSETO
Pros:

Hotel in una ottima posizione a due passi dal mare .
La camera ampia e spaziosa con due bagni (era un appartamento).
Molto pulita con grande terrazzo , anche se no aveva veduta sul mare.
Colazione ottima , abbondante .
Personale molto gentile ed empatico.
Io e Mia Moglie siamo stati molto bene ...con un pensiero per l'anno prossimo per una vacanza

Extrem lautes Zimmer, schmutzig und voller Mängel mit unprofessionellem Management

Unserer Aufenthalt im Hotel Lola war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Das erste Zimmer war extrem laut, sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Die Rezeptionistin konnte den Lärm selbst bestätigen. Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer, das jedoch durch starken Geruch ebenfalls unzumutbar war.

Der Lärm war offensichtlich **kein neues Problem**, sondern etwas, das der Hotelleitung längst bekannt war. Dennoch wurde keinerlei Mühe unternommen, die Mängel zu beheben – im Gegenteil, es wirkte fast so, als wüsste man ganz genau um die Probleme.

Von **Sauberkeit war ebenfalls nichts zu sehen**; die Zimmer machten einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Zudem waren die angeblich vorhandene **Küche und Waschmaschine nicht nutzbar**, für den Strand musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden, und ein **Parkplatz stand trotz vorhandener Fläche nicht zur Verfügung**.

Besonders schockierend war das Verhalten des Hotelmanagers: Er sprach laut und unhöflich mit uns und forderte uns sogar auf das Hotel zu verlassen. Er verweigerte eine Stornierung So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt – eine derart **unprofessionelle Behandlung und miserabler Service** sind absolut inakzeptabel.
Ein Stern ist für dieses Hotel eigentlich schon zu viel.
