Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: several guests said rooms were clean, but multiple specific complaints about bathroom cleanliness (dirty tub, water spots in shower, towels left on floor, rusted/dirty showers) reduce the score.
Service
7.6
Generally friendly and helpful staff at check-in and throughout stays, but notable service failures (housekeeping not servicing rooms, missing personal items reported, inflexible front desk on early check-in) lower the rating.
Location
9
Strong positive consensus: several guests explicitly called out an excellent or convenient location and willingness to stay again for the location.
Room Quality
6.9
Rooms are described as comfortable and quiet, but recurring issues (worn mattresses with dips, outdated or broken bathroom fixtures, door/hinge problems) bring the score down.
Amenities
8
Breakfast is consistently praised and there is a small pool and gym which guests appreciated; amenities are good for the hotel tier though some are small.
Value for Money
7.5
Overall stays described as decent with good breakfast and location adding value, but cleanliness and room-wear issues slightly reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Repeated positive comments: excellent/good breakfast, many choices and good coffee — this is one of the strongest aspects.
Overall Experience
7.4
Generally good, comfortable and pleasant stays for many guests, but occasional serious negatives (housekeeping lapses, missing items, room condition issues) temper the overall experience.

Overtime with a trailer
Pros:

Easy access from the road with plenty if parking our trailer doing a weekday.

Cons:

Bathroom tub wasn't clean. Other than that the room was nice. Bathroom tub needs to be chalked. Just didn't look updated like the rest of the room.

I should be able to leave glasses in the room with no problems. I’m furious with this place.
Pros:

Property was fine

Cons:

Our bed was never made in our room. We pulled the covers up, but the maids never came in and cleaned up the room. There were still towels on the floor. Like they never showed up. I reported this to the desk and they said they’d talk to their management. Having things taken from my room is not acceptable. My glasses were taken out of the bathroom. I need these to see.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. There were lots of water spots in the shower, so makes me wonder if it got cleaned properly.
