Comfortable, great location and room.

Cons:

Had an issue with the hot water at the room but they managed to get a solution the day after. I had made the remark the same day we arrived but it was late at night and they did not send a person to check.

Very good hotel!
Pros:

I had the best experience at this hotel! Clean, comfortable, and cozy rooms. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and varied, and they are always replenishing it. There is also a small restaurant and bar where you can have snacks. There is a sauna, swimming pool, and some games. The facilities are great. Although it's a bit far from the center of Strasbourg, it's very close to a P&R (parking area) where you can leave your car and catch the tram right away. The fare is fixed, and you pay for round-trip transportation for up to 7 people plus car parking. It's great for leaving your car for a whole day, as parking in the center of Strasbourg is difficult. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels several times, and they never disappoint. Thank you very much for your kindness, and I hope to see you again soon!

Personnel très accueillant et souriant . Chambres confortable literie parfaite . Petit déjeuner excellent . Je recommande fortement . Nous avons passer une nuit avec nos enfants, nous avons étais très bien accueilli , les enfants ont adoré la piscine et le petit déjeuner . Nous reviendrons quand nous serons de passage

Pros:

For a Holiday Inn and the price we paid, it was well worth it. Big spacious room, friendly staff, nice green garden to walk around and very good breakfast. The croissants were amazing and fresh every single day.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the city center, if you are there for sightseeing. A round trip taxi fare will go for 30-40eur depending on traffic. Also, there is no restaurant on site or nearby, so dinner is not easy to sort out. They did offer some frozen pizza and light snacks, which was ok to keep us going the night we arrived.
