Below Expectations for a 3-Star Hotel

Cons:

Overall, compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the same city, this did not feel like a 3-star hotel. The walls were dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and the room gave the impression of being old and poorly maintained. The only aspect I would rate positively is the location. However, considering the quality of the hotel, I think there are better options available. I would not stay here again

Pros:

Close to the station for our Eurostar journey, cafes close by.

Cons:

Tiny lift and still had to drag our bags up stairs, no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities, 3 pillows only.

On s’attendait à mieux

Cons:

La salle de bain était sale… il y avait pleins de cheveux dans la salle de bain, de la moisissures dans la douche, je ne parle même pas de l’état de la VMC..
L’évier dans la salle de bain était cassé, il bougeait à chaque utilisation. Idem pour les toilettes, la lunette était cassée… et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas..

Proximité de la gare du nord

Cons:

Chambre avec dégât des eaux, mur abîmé, chambre qui à mon sens ne devrait pas être louée et encore moins au prix de 125 euros sans compter les 11 euros de taxe de séjour pour deux personnes.

Nothing like the photographs !
Pros:

The location was perfect for Gare du Nord and we used an excellent nearby bakery for breakfast.

Cons:

The room felt much smaller than 15sq.m. Not only was there no space to open a suitcase other than the floor,there was nowhere to put clothes ! No shelves or drawer & only one hanger (I was told it was impossible for more to be provided!). There was only one broken hook in the small bathroom. Nowhere to hang a coat in the room. There was a plug in air-con but actually it was cold and there was only one sheet provided.

Helpful staff which makes a very big difference.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. My room was fine.

Cons:

My only suggestion is that they point out that they have bathtubs with a shower. I have a damaged ankle and cannot navigate a bath tub. Perhaps other rooms had showers per say.

It was very convenient for Garre Du Nord.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, the toilet was badly situated as the toilet seat would not stay up. The shower besides being very small had mould on the grout. The lift was very small making it difficult to get 2 people and suitcasses in.

Temiz, merkezi, fiyat performans oteli
Pros:

Tesisi genel olarak çok beğendim, temiz ve bir odada aradığım her şey vardı, odamızdan Eyfel manzarası gözüküyordu. Lobide çay ve kahvenin ücretsiz olmasını çok sevdim. Konumu çok güzel, her bölgeye giden bi toplu taşıma aracı bulmak mümkün.

Pros:

The hotel was near to metro and train station it's good to access to anywhere in Paris and supermarket opposite the street and good cafe just at the corner of the street.

Cons:

No aircon in the room was provided a small table fan, at Level 3 the room was facing the main street during the night we have to open the window it was so noisy can't really have a good night rest after a tried day.
