A basic, clean, cheap hotel for travel from Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est.
Pros:

Outstanding location for Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Very helpful staff. Clean and some good updating for a basic hotel. Price!

Cons:

A little warm, some soundproofing but could do with a little more.

Ave La Fayette is noisy. Breakfast is very basic, and sour milk had been put out.

Emplacement idéal quand on sort de la gare du nord. Petit hôtel "familial ", modeste. Personnel serviable, arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner était varié, fromage, œuf, yaourt, fruit, confiture, pain et croissant.
La qualité des travaux dans la salle de bains est moyenne mais l'hôtel reste d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Couldn’t be better.
Pros:

Good location ,perfectly adequate room ,friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

It is a shame that the paint that they refurbished the shower cubicle with is failing and peeling off. Otherwise the decor and room furniture were first class.
