Comfortable, convenient stay in the centre of Melbourne

Pros:

Good location, affordable and had everything you need for a hotel. Comfy bed & pillows too, also had a kitchenette.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not come once to replace towels or make the bed the entire stay. We were there for 4 nights.

Hade a good stay the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Location was good just a little bit to far to walk into the city but plenty of places to eat close by and close to MCG and rod labour Arena.

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable and left me with a sore neck the next day. Bathroom was tiny and cramped but did the job fine.

Perfect for your stay close to city opposite MCG
Pros:

Quiet, clean, all you need rooms. Easy access to town and Richmond, nice surrounds to go for walks and safe. Ffood, bar, entertainment on doorstep

Pros:

Close enough to MCG / Rod Laver

Cons:

Not well maintained, carpet stained, bathroom tiles dirty, lights popping off the ceiling, drawers broken and walls cracking.

Great location and facilities.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. As we were stopping as part of a long trip, the complimentary washing facilities on the roof terrace were incredibly helpful - great view too! The hotel is well placed for the botanic gardens, Fitzroy and walking into the city.

Pros:

Easy after hours check in, easy check out close to venue

Cons:

Parking was booked out, had to park on the street. Phone in the room keep waking in the night and making a blip nose. Bed was very low to the ground.
Bathroom door was hard to open and close.

Above and beyond to make my stay perfect
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for food and public transport around the city. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure my stay was awesome. I was going to the F1 GP and needed to store my bags after hours and they went above and beyond to make sure they could help me out.... well done Quest Team! I will 100% be coming back next year.

Good size for cost!

There were quite a few stains and marks on the carpet. Didn’t love the layout of the shower, made it awkward to get in.
