Nice experience, but not very friendly receptionists
Pros:

- Definitely a hilton quality room, was very clean but a bit small for a family with a baby, otherwise perfectly fine.
- Cleaning staff and the head of staff were very very friendly and helpful.
- Breakfast was perfect but it was held in Hilton convention center which was right beside Hampton, so I cannot rate Hampton’s breakfast.

Cons:

- The receptionist when we checked in was rude, didn’t even eye contact with us although we spoke the local language.
- No help was provided with our luggage despite them seeing us being a family with a baby and it was just a mess with all the luggage !!
- Check out receptionist asked us to check out at 11 although my normal right was at 12 and as a genius member I had the right to check out at 2 as a late check out!!
