Pros:

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Bursa was very pleasant. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well organized, which makes the experience very positive for both business and leisure trips.

I would especially like to highlight Vedat, who works the afternoon shift at the bar/restaurant. He is a very attentive, professional, and friendly employee. It is clear that he puts effort into providing good service and making guests feel well taken care of.

Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Bursa.
