Petit déjeuner extra.

Cons:

Dommage que le restaurant était réservé pour un événement, ce que nous à obligé d’aller souper en ville.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Gerne hätten wir einen Kühlschrank in Anspruch genommen, wegen der Tiernahrung. Die Schlüsselkarten haben nicht richtig funktioniert. Mussten mehrmals neu aktualisiert werden .
Frühstück im 8 OG. Leider nur einen Aufzug der ständig in Anspruch genommen wurde, verständlicher Weise. Dadurch lange Wartezeiten

Sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück. Modernes Design, funktionierende Klimaanlage, schönes großes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war es nicht wert. Obstsalat aus der Dose, nur Butter, bis auf gelegentliche Ausnahmen gab es Partybrötchen. Eier immer kalt, Wurst- und Käseauswahl dafür sehr gut. WLAN war kaum verfügbar. Nur ein Mini-Fahrstuhl für 8 Etagen mit all seinen Gästen. Massage und Co. war nicht möglich, da geschlossen. Betten butterweich und allergikerfreundlich war das Zimmer nur bedingt. Schade

Ihan ok majoitus yhdeksi yöksi. Ilmastointi toimii hyvin (ehkä liiankin hyvin).

Cons:

Ei todellakaan neljän tähden majoitus niinkuin booking tarjoaa. Aamupala ei ollut kovin kummoinen. Huone oli myös aika ahdas. Kävelymatka keskustaan oli ok, mutta hotelli ei sijainnut kovin viihtyisällä alueella. Yhdeksi yöksi ok mutta en viihtyisi sen pidempään.

Pros:

Zimmer war gut. Frühstück war ne 3 Minus. Nicht viel Frisches. Säfte, Obstsalat etc. nur Dosenware.

Cons:

Das Check In System ist sehr umständlich da Alles nur noch Digital und über Bildschirm möglich ist. Sehr umständlich und Fehlerbehaftet. Das spart zwar Personal ist aber komplett unpersönlich. Der Eingang ist das Aushängeschild eines Hauses. Eine sehr gute Willkommenskultur ist das Wichtigste um den Gast nach einer Anreise ein Wohlfühlgegefühl vermitteln soll. Da ist ein Bildschirm und nur eine Dame nicht die richtige Wahl. Das machen kleinere Hotels persönlicher und auch besser. Und ein 4 Sterne Hotel sollte das auch können. Und ein Kühlschrank fehlte. Im Sommer sehr schlecht um Getränke zu kühlen.

Clean and modern but that's it.
Pros:

The hotel was modern and clean and easily accessible with a van. The beds were comfy and air conditioning silent enough.

Cons:

We were travelling as a family of five. The suite (were I slept with two teenagers of three) has no privacy, so concider that if needed.. there are no doors whatsoever to the shower, and the walls that exist are made of glass.
The toilet has a sliding door made of dimmed glass. When the lights are on in the toilet, you can see right through.
The breakfast was otherwise good, but several items were finished and didn't seem to be refilled.
