DER Wohlfühlort beim Start unserer Asienreise

Die Unterkunft ist der perfekter Ort für den Start unserer Vietnamreise gewesen.
Vy ist besonders freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie sprach die Gäste beim Namen an, was mir persönlich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps zu unserem Aufenthalt. Dabei war sie immer höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Man merkt das Personal möchte an erster Stelle, dass sich die Gäste wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlen.
Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt, sodass es nah am Geschehen ist aber trotzdem etwas abseits gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Während man frühstücken war, wurden die Betten gemacht und es wurde gewischt.
Das Frühstück ist frisch und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Da die Unterkunft in der Altstadt ist, ist es die ganze Nacht über sehr laut (Roller, Menschen). Mit Ohrschützern war es aber in Ordnung :)

Ontzettend fijn verblijf op een goede locatie.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is ontzettend fijn. Het ligt in de old quarter gedeelte en ook dichtbij de plek waar de bussen stoppen.
De service van het personeel van het hotel is ontzettend goed.

My was fantastic, such great customer service.
Cons:

The only things to note are 1) the property can use some touch ups and renovations, the photos are much nicer than in person and 2) breakfast was quite simple

Great value in the bustle of the old quarter
Pros:

The staff were charming in particular Vy and Mina and Vy’s WhatsApp communications were very thorough. It’s a sweet little hotel amidst the hustle and noise of beautiful Hanoi.
Breakfast choices were great and the room was comfortable with a great shower. We don’t mind the noise of Hanoi and could hear the beeping mildly and we were on floor 7.

Cons:

We liked it all.
