Pros:

Miss Vy and Mr Frodo were exceptional hosts. They made us feel very welcome. Miss Vy gave us some recommendations for places to visit during our stay in Hanoi. The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of all the main attractions.

A great location with friendly staff. However not good value for the price paid. Disappointing :(
Pros:

The property was in a great location! Everything was right on the doorstep we enjoyed that. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a tour.

Cons:

Our room was different to what we booked the balcony had one dirty chair and was advertised that it could fit two people and a table which is why we booked the junior suite. The room smelt quite bad when we checked in and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The bathroom still smelt a bit, I think it had something to do with the plumbing.
The pillows were very lumpy, and the room decor was outdated and much older than what is pictured in the property.

We also were not informed that you needed to snip the dead bolt your room door when you were in the room and when you left as the keycard doesn’t lock the door. We found this out as someone entered our room at 3:40am, waking us up, making us feel incredibly unsafe. We told staff upon checkout but were leaving for an early flight.

Pros:

El Hotel estaba muy céntrico, podías ir andando a todos lados. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Nos alojamos dos noches en este Hotel. La primera noche nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña cuando yo había reservado la mejor habitación del Hotel, y la segunda noche nos cambiaron a una un poco mejor. De todas formas creo que por el precio podrías encontrar algo mejor ya que no hay ascensor y tienes que subir las maletas andando hasta un primer piso obligatoriamente.

Pros:

The lady receptionists were beautiful! We’re so helpful with booking our tours and mapping Old Quarters for us.

Cons:

The accomodation was not clean. We had two rooms. One rooms air conditioning did not work. The other rooms shower leaked and flooded the entire room. When raising our concerns with a male receptionist he shrug his shoulders and asked us not to take any more towels to clean up the water on the floor. The rooms also had no ventilation which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Personalen, särskilt Vy var fantastisk. Hjälpte till med allt. Välstädat och fina rum

Tråkig frukost. Väldigt hårda sängar och kuddar
Välj om möjligt rum utan fönster, de är tysta och mörka. De med fönster är det hög ljudvolym från gatan
