Prima hotel voor een paar nachten in Hanoi
Pros:

Het ligt midden in de old quarter, dus je loopt zo het centrum in.
Het ontbijt was prima, met genoeg keuze.

Cons:

Omdat het midden in de oude wijk ligt, is het erg rumoerig. Ook 's nachts hoor je het getoeter en geschreeuw van mensen op straat.
Het ruikt een beetje muf in het hotel.

Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt von Hanoi wenn man Stätte mag wird man diese Lieben. Das Hotel hat ein wirklich sehr Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal das wirklich immer sehr Hilfsbereit egal was man für eine Frage hat sie Helfen immer. Ich bin jetzt zum dritten Mal hier und ich Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und Wohl.🙏🫶 Rund um das Hotel findet man alles was das Herz begehrt und ganz viele Nette ! Ich Liebe es hier zu sein!!❤️

Cons:

Ehrlich gesagt ich kann nicht Sagen was mir nicht gefallen hat, sonst würde ich nicht immer wieder kommen.😉😊

Pros:

Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyondaki Frodo ve Max bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı herkese hitap edecek şekilde ve lezzetliydi. Otel Old Quarter'ın merkezinde olduğu için her yere birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Tatilde Hanoi'yi tercih edeceklere kesinlikle öneririm. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Altstadt, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und für ein paar Nächte absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine solide Auswahl mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und wir würden das Hotel für einen Kurztrip jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

The service from the front staff is unmatched. They are super friendly and accommodating. Biggest plus is having a nail salon in the hotel, is very nice to get something done after you’ve had a long flight.

Leotus was very nice and helpful and the location of the hotel was good

Cons:

We ordered a transfer from the hotel at 10am which arrived 30 mins early - this was absolutely fine and we were getting ourselves ready however someone came to our room and told us they needed to come in while we were still in there trying to sort our stuff? It was very awkward and he was rummaging through the room inspecting everything asking what happened to their pillows which were disgusting and yellow and had nothing to do with us as they were found in the wardrobe, this was all before we’d even closed our suitcases up! We understand room checks need to be done however could they not have waited till we stepped out the room, additionally we had to move rooms in the middle of the night as the aircon was leaking so badly it was making a puddle on the floor. Additionally one night and morning there wasn’t any water whatsoever so we couldn’t use the bathroom or wash ourselves. I’m quite disappointed with the stay and the only redeeming factor was the lovely reception staff

De locatie was geweldig!
We kamers eenvoudig maar in orde.
We kregen een take away ontbijt bij een vroeg vertrek. Bagage konden de zonder problemen in hotel stallen toen we enkele weggingen.

Exceptional staff, excellent stay in Old Town.
Pros:

The people at reception (Max, Leotus, and Frodo—I hope I got those names right)—very helpful, friendly, really exceptional. Leotus even re-sewed some buttons that had fallen off my shirt. They helped with directions, places to visit, and were just really nice to chat with. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and up to date. The balcony was nice. The spa downstairs was also quite handy and reliable—prices, quality, etc. Also, tons of good restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

This is my second time staying in Old Town. Not sure if I would do it again. It’s obviously a personal preference—if you like the party atmosphere, definitely camp in the Old Town. It is alive until 5:00. Luckily this hotel is quite sound proof so the ssssump ssssump ssssump sounds of the clubs were only faintly heard through the windows, but it would be nice to leave your hotel doors and not walk immediately into hoards of people, scooters, cars, etc. That being said, if you’re going to stay in Old Town, this is a good stay.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, situé en plein cœur de la ville. Tout est à proximité : les restaurants, les marchés de nuit, les commerces et les principales attractions, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied.
