Pros:

I really loved the staff! Every single one of them is amazing! They truly care and are always ready to help with anything - a real winning team, and I’m so grateful for that. The hotel’s location was also excellent—close to everything and in a very nice area.

Cons:

Lack of soundproofing. My room was on the top floor, but there was another floor above it - likely for staff or something similar—and on some nights, quite late (around 3:00 or 4:00 AM), there was a lot of noise coming from up there. Fortunately, it didn't bother me since I wasn't asleep yet. Additionally, you can sometimes hear people in adjacent rooms, though it’s relatively quiet.

Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect! So central to all the highlights, fantastic food options, coffee for the morning. The staff are absolutely exceptional, they couldn't do more for you with information and Service. The best water pressure is absolutely fantastic, with the most comfortable bed and best air conditioning.

Cela fait plusieurs fois qu’on séjourne dans cet hôtel, donc si on y revient, c’est que c’est bien 🙂
Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel est sympathique, l’emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui veulent être dans le quartier touristique de Saigon

Immer wieder super!
Pros:

Ich bin immer wieder gerne im Sanouva. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig, noch dazu qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Speisesaal ist zwar nicht groß, aber wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, sich zeitlich ein bisschen anzupassen, dann funktioniert es hervorragend. Die zentrale Lage im Distrikt 1 bietet Touristen fußläufig Erreichbarkeit vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich persönlich bin geschäftlich hier, aber ich erlebe jeden Tag zufriedene Touristen, denen das Hotel ebenfalls sehr gut gefällt.

Cons:

Am Sanouva gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée. Personnel à l'écoute. Bonnes options pour le buffet du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Un peu bruyant le samedi soir car il y a un bar musical en face de l'hôtel.
La vue de la chambre n'est pas fabuleuse

朝ごはんがおいしいホテル
Pros:

ホーチミンの中心で立地が良いこと、朝ごはんは毎日違うメニューが出てとてもおいしくて満足度は高いです。シャワーもしっかりと出てお部屋も毎日清掃に入ってもらえるので快適でした！
