Overall, the property was good, but the reception service and guest hospitality need serious improvement.
Pros:

The property itself was good overall, and some of the housekeeping staff were very helpful

Cons:

The reception staff was not polite and there was no proper welcome. No welcome drink or greeting was offered. Usually when I stay with well-known hotels such as Marriott, Roseate, or Lemon Tree, the staff is polite, welcoming, and attentive to guests.

My fiancée arrived before me because my flight was delayed. She waited in the lobby, yet no one offered her a welcome drink or addressed her properly.

Later, I misunderstood the check-in time and assumed it was 12 PM. When I mentioned this, the receptionist responded rudely, saying, “Who told you that? Where is it written?” and gave me a dismissive look. I was short on time and had urgent work to complete, otherwise I would have changed the hotel immediately. Unfortunately, this experience made it my last stay at Radisson Greater Noida.

That said, I want to appreciate one member of your staff. The gentleman cleaning on the 12th floor was extremely helpful. The electric kettle in my room smelled unpleasant, and he immediately brought a replacement without hesitation. His attitude and willingness to help were exceptional. Even though he does not speak English, he clearly understands hospitality and respect. Staff like him truly make guests feel comfortable. He deserves recognition for his work.
