Pros:

The property is stunning as is the location. Full marks to staff member Ms. Mridusmita for trying to make our stay comfortable. The Pool Bar and the staff there are cool. View from Bay View room was wonderful.

Cons:

The atmosphere was akin to a boarding school, it does not give a luxurious feel. The staff tend to behave like wardens. The outdoor swimming pool does not have changing rooms. The breakfast has a lot of variety but poor quality. One evening there was an event and loud music played till late.

Nice property with great staff! Needs some updating but overall a great stay and wonderful spa!
Pros:

Great staff, loved the spa, good pool bar, great pizza. Great room service!

Cons:

A bit dated, rooms had some mold on walls. There were lots of flies and ants on and around the pool chairs. Would like different restaurant options. Would be helpful to have a squeegee for the outside windows because they got quite foggy. Keep the pool open later. Would love to be able to have a night swim!

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Goa! The property is beautiful, the hospitality was excellent, and the entire experience was truly memorable.

A special mention to Yash Khandekar, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was always available, attentive, friendly, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. His exceptional service made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We highly recommend Grand Hyatt Goa and look forward to visiting again!

Six star service in a paradise setting.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in the world! The service was genuine, kind and thoughtful.
Manish Kumar and his housekeeping team went above and beyond. Steffi on concierge was on the case instantly with every single request. My children fell madly in love with Kavita and Melanita in Camp Hyatt. Everyone at the hotel restaurants bent over backwards for us.
The food was incredible. Thank you. We were so very sad to leave.
