Pros:

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Goa! The property is beautiful, the hospitality was excellent, and the entire experience was truly memorable.

A special mention to Yash Khandekar, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was always available, attentive, friendly, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. His exceptional service made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We highly recommend Grand Hyatt Goa and look forward to visiting again!

Six star service in a paradise setting.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in the world! The service was genuine, kind and thoughtful.
Manish Kumar and his housekeeping team went above and beyond. Steffi on concierge was on the case instantly with every single request. My children fell madly in love with Kavita and Melanita in Camp Hyatt. Everyone at the hotel restaurants bent over backwards for us.
The food was incredible. Thank you. We were so very sad to leave.

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing hotel my 5th visit in two years. Feels like home and Amazing food and breakfast. Camp hyatt is nice for kids and games are also good.

Goa experience within the resort
Pros:

Had attaended a business Conference. it is only about 30 minutes from the airport. A widely spread property with natural surroundings. Excellent view of the sea from the garden area. Beach is reasonably ok. I enjoyed my morning walk within the resort area. Away from the city noises. Rooms are very spacious with private sitouts. Should always prefer rooms on second floor with Sea view. Despite of so many trees etc , it was maintained pretty clean. The spa with sauna was a good experience. Casino also can be enjoyed ! All in all good Goa experience within the resort

Great stay with excellent service, but some room improvements needed
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was exactly as presented on the website and matched the photos, which was reassuring. The standout feature was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude and excellent service made a big difference to our experience.

There were, however, a few issues with the room. The telephone had a faulty plug and frequently became disconnected. After some time, the display stopped working altogether. In addition, there was no drying rack on the balcony, which made it difficult to dry swimsuits and beachwear. Housekeeping kindly provided a small wooden drying rack when we asked, but it was not particularly practical for the purpose.

Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's atmosphere and attentive staff. With a few small improvements to the room facilities, the experience would be even better.

A Happy & Memorable Vacation
Pros:

The Grand hyatt is a very lovely property at bambolim beach. Our stay was very good,enjoyable and relaxing. It is a vast property,well maintained , full of greenery with many beautiful gardens. The property is just adjacent to beach. You can go down and enjoy a stroll. The sight and sound of sea waves gushing and hitting wall with sprinkling of water coming up was very enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and maintained . We stayed at bay view suite and room with a beautiful view from balcony. There was no undue noise and it was overall very serene . We had our birthday and our day was made memorable by Riya with cake and decorations. The property has a variety of restaurants. The Indian food and ambience and service at the Chulha was very good. The breakfast buffet was good. The Capiz bar had a nice ambience. The cleanliness was very good, regular maintaining of gardens and other areas were being done. The Shamana Spa was good. We had long stroll daily watching the sea. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
