The development of the retaining wall will continue until mid-April, however this does not hamper any of the hotel activities or facilities on property. The access to the bay from the resort will be limited during this time.

Lacked clothes storage space
The area was a lot bigger than we thought it would be, nice gardens, excellent pools and lounging area, club house access well worth it.
Noisy when there’s a wedding happening 1 - 5 days of celebration.

our room has had no bright light, so reading a paper or pack up our luggage were difficult
Gym, indoor swimming pool, room were the best.
there is room for improvement in the room interior quality. The wooden parts look aged. The beach outside is basically small and has no proper entry.

The wedding party and noise, we weren’t made aware at the time of booking otherwise would have stayed somewhere quieter.

Я трохи не встигла на сніданок, і мені сказали йти в ресторан та платити кошти. За трансфер взяли 26$, коли ця відстань коштує 4$. Кілька разів кожного дня хтось дзвонив мені з рецепції, але коли я телефонувала їм, вони відповідали що нічого не знають та не дзвонили мені. Це було грубо.
We visited the property to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Resort is outstanding. Food overall is really delicious. It offers complimentary Steam-Sauna-Jacuzzi for in-house guests. It has 4 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pool. Only limitation was beach access area which requires proper cleaning and maintenance. It has all the amenities to make your family vacation successful.
The brunch at this place by the sea is phenomenal . Vivek & Ashish are awesome at hosting. They took care of all my food preferences. Must visit.
The room windows are not sound proof. As this hotel hosts a lot of wedding parties. Sounds proof windows are essential. Early in the morning the sounds of the venue installation team create noise as of very disturbing.
Just had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful, happy and attentive, the breakfast team, the poolside team all amazing and with special thanks to Steffi for looking after us so well. The room was fabulous, clean and overlooking the pool. The food was outstanding and plenty of variety. Lots of Weddings take place with the decorations a spectacular in itself, the only downside is the loudness of the music, the bass is too much and it reverberates around the pool area although the music is never in late and indeed everything shuts at 11 so it is very peaceful in the evenings. There is nothing near to the hotel but you can get a local taxi for around 600 rupees to take you into Panaji. Wine is very expensive at the hotel around 3000 to 6000 rupees a bottle. The spa is beautiful, I highly recommend the Chakra energy massage, the best ever. Go and enjoy this magnificent hotel.
got such a nice response from your end....i did connected thrice at the property....regarding my reservation....once i did got conected fortunately...and was informed to get a call back from the concern department....but since then havent received any.....i dont think so i have asked something huge from your end...just a small gesture....even i was ready to pay...as its our honeymoon trip did wish to get something special for him....but kuddos to your team to get our pre-arrival spoiled

Food quality was great, check was smooth the staff for breakfast were very attentive.
The staff in italian restaurant were nice but not attentive, guest interaction was not seen, the hospitality which i was expecting in a fine dining restaurant was not there
Everything about our stay was exceptional, starting with a smooth check-in and warm orientation by Vijay.
DM Shabana truly elevated our experience by staying in touch throughout our stay and thoughtfully hosting us at Chulha to celebrate our wedding anniversary—an incredibly special gesture.
At the restaurant, we were welcomed like family by Nikita and were very well taken care of by Diya. The following day at the Grand Club, Mr. Ramanand greeted us with great warmth and went the extra mile to ensure our food preferences were met. A special mention to Ms. Nikita for her gracious service and engaging conversations, always delivered with a smile.
Kudos to the wonderful ladies at Shamana Spa for giving my wife the much-needed and deeply relaxing spa therapy.
