Adequate hotel. Nothing special.
Pros:

Nothing stood out as especially pleasing.
Pillows very comfortable

Cons:

There was a very loud drilling going on just above our room making it impossible to sleep/relax. Only after we complained the second time did the hotel move our room. This was unacceptable.
There was an unpleasant smell right outside the hotel of drains. Unacceptable.
Breakfast was OK but quite limited in choice.
Very limited seating in lobby.
Rooms generally are tired and in need of updating.
Not up to the standard of Crowne Plazas elsewhere.
Tea was very weak.

Pros:

The hotel staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The overall cleanliness of the property was excellent, and all the facilities met expectations.

Cons:

However, there was an issue during checkout where I was asked to pay for minibar items that were not present in the room upon arrival. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. The hotel should improve this process to ensure better accuracy and a smoother guest experience.

Fantastic service and hotel
Pros:

Everything as expected in a 5 star hotel. It was clean, comfortable and always service with a smile. On arrival we found out the pool wasn't in service and they really tried hard to find something to compensate for that, which we really appreciated. The room was great, very spacious and there was even a bath. Breakfast service, variety and quality was excellent. We've been travelling around for 2 weeks in India and this has been the best hotel we've stayed in.

The only small thing is there were wedding events around the hotel of which the sound proofing couldn't fully block out all the noise.

Special thanks to Shreya at front desk for her kindness and help in ensuring we had a great stay.

If we come back to Dehli we would happily stay here again!
