I booked a stay for my parents' birthday celebration, and the entire team was incredibly helpful in creating a memorable experience. Sonali, the guest relations executive, was outstanding. She was extremely considerate and executed every request perfectly. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and I am very grateful to the team for making it so special. Will definitely consider staying here again

Amazing Stay
Pros:

I stayed 2 weeks on Mayur Vihar Crowne Plaza for professional purpose.
Room are confortable and very clean.
Pool is appreciable with June weather and give to the hotel an additional value.
Food is amazing with lot of choice continental and indian food.
Staff is amazing really careful knowing what we eat and drink in the morning for the breakfast.
Thanks to Shalini and Saif ( at the restaurant ) for there kindness
