Pros:

The location is very good, ample parking space and vallet facility as well. Rooms are spacious and amenities are plenty.

Cons:

The reception of the hotel is rather small. Checking in even at 4 PM took a good 20 mins. Need more staff at the front desk

Good value and great rooms
Pros:

My three night stay here was very comfortable and if the location works for you then I’d recommend. The service from all the staff throughout was brilliant and the room itself great. Although a standard offering it was sizeable, with a separate living area, loads of storage space and super cosy decor. The large windows provided great views and the window into the spotlessly clean bathroom was a modern touch. The curtains could be controlled remotely, adding to the modern vibe, and sleep quality was superb with no noise and good temperature control in the room. The separate bathtub and shower made for a great stay, although the lack of any toiletries in the bath, since they’re fixed to the wall in the shower, was annoying. Housekeeping always did a fantastic job, proactively returning late in the day if needed too.

The bar on the ground floor had very friendly staff but didn’t always feel overly cosy. It was surprising that on one day they completely ran out of all beer but the selection of food is decent. The main restaurant had some wonderful themed nights and the local Indian dishes were brilliant. The western items on the menu weren’t great but at least there is a wide variety to suit most tastes.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay with a modern vibe and I’ll stay there again.

They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were taken care of, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication and excellent customer service deserve special appreciation.

Pros:

Excellent stay at the crown plaza New Delhi. Had a very comfortable stay here. My wife was very surprised when a staff member present a cake in the room. Service was super staff specially Saloni was very helpful thank you do much
