Für 4 Sterne enttäuschend

- Freundliches Personal am Frühstücksbuffet
- Sehr sauber
- Unproblematischer Check In

Cons:

- Laute autobahnähnliche Straße vor der Tür, die man trotz geschlossener Fenster die ganze Nacht hört
- Mehrstündiges Maschinenbrummen (alte Lüftung im Haus?) mitten in der Nacht
- Toilette fällt auseinander und sehr kleine Beinfreiheit
- Billigsttoilettenpapier aber mit Pseudo-Stempeleindruck, der das Papier beim Abrollen direkt in kleine Stücke reisst
- Missmutiger Mitarbeiter am Schalter
- Quantität über Qualität beim Frühstück

Breakfast could be significantly improved. The fruit seemed overripe and had a fermented, off taste, and the bread was very dry and stale, making it difficult to eat. With a bit more attention to freshness, especially avoiding serving older food, the experience would already improve substantially.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the top one!

La habitación es grande, todo super bien y super cómodo, muy contento y la ubicación a comparación de lo que dice la gente que es mala no os lo creáis a 300m está el metro más cercano que te lleva a Milan centro y el autobús lo tienes justo en frente

Gostamos do pequeno almoço, tamanho da cama e da simpatia dos funcionários da receção

O sistema de ar condicionado/refrigeração não estava a funcionar, deslocamonos à receção para pedir que nos ensinassem a utilizar, o que nos indicaram que estava estragado e que não tinham quartos disponiveis para nos trocar e nem tinham tecnico disponivel no momento e pediu-nos que dormissemos com a janela aberta. Creio que para um hotel de 4 estrelas, esta situação seja um pouco a quem
