La colazione non era all'altezza della struttura. Le bevande calde non erano molto buone, l'assortimento non era vasto e i cornetti sembravano del giorno prima.

The air conditioning produced a very loud, continuous noise that made it difficult to sleep. The issue had already been reported by the hotel's technical team before we were assigned the room, yet we were still accommodated there despite the known fault.

Nulla, non ho soggiornato, pagato e prenotato in altra struttura

Cons:

Ho sbagliato, per una questione digitale impostata, il mese della prenotazione, immediatamente ho chiamato per rimediare, ovviamente disposto a pagare ogni differenza in merito, ma avrei potuto solo pagare un’altra prenotazione e solo dopo avere il rimborso. Dopo anni di prenotazioni, quando mi è capitato questo inconveniente le strutture sono state tutte disponibili a rimediare in qualche modo. Il principio qui era: non mi fido del cliente e dopo aver nuovamente pagato forse avrei rimborsato. Ho quindi scelto un altro hotel.
