Great West Knox stay!
Pros:

My wife stayed here during her trip to Knoxville to visit with my daughter. She thought the hotel was a great option on the west side of Knoxville and reasonably priced. Plenty of parking, clean and comfortable stay, and pleasant staff. It’s around 20 minutes from downtown for all the football fans, however if west side of Knoxville is good for you this is a great location!

Friendly and accommodating staff; great location!
Pros:

Casey (not sure I spelled his name correctly) at the front desk was amazing! He was so kind and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The entire staff was truly wonderful. I will most likely be in town again, if not several times, and will definitely return to this location. Plus, every restaurant you could possibly want is within walking distance.

Cons:

The use of plastic and styrofoam for all breakfast utensils and plates is not at all part of the Hilton sustainability goals. The sheets had holes in them. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and broken that it shook the beds in the room. The carpet on the floors were disgusting.

Pros:

The room was not clean. There was dirt on the floor, a dirty footprint in the bathroom, the toilet paper holders have probably never been cleaned and the bathtub was dirty. One bed had a blanket, the other only two sheets. Breakfast was a joke - waffles or waffles. The coffee carafe was empty, no hot water and no decaf. There are better places for your money - go there instead.

Perfect place to sleep for the night if you’re in Knoxville
Pros:

Very nice property! Very clean and pretty with ok breakfast… Plenty of parking out front perfect for a one night stop

Pros:

Dog friendly facility with dog treats in the reception.

Cons:

Hotel is worn with many dirty areas. Beds need to be replaced as they are worn out and very saggy and uncomfortable. Could not change thermostat in the room, uncomfortable freezing room. Breakfast area was not kept up, spilled food and not replenished.
