Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and check-in very easy.
All good.
Excellent location for airport. Spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. 24 hour gym access.
Chairs in lounge area needing re padded. Not as comfortable as I suspect they once were
We had a premium room facing the runway. Very comfortable and quite roomy.
Nothing
I had an excellent check-in experience thanks to Tanya at reception. When I arrived, my allergy-free room wasn’t quite ready, but Tanya handled the situation brilliantly. She was friendly, professional and made the whole process completely stress-free. She kept me informed, found a solution quickly and genuinely made life so easy for me. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and so personable at the same time. A great first impression of the hotel and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Tanya!
Good location for our use
Ignored allergies
Advised we’d been put in rooms with low water temperature.
Check-in was slow, and bar staff seemed overwhelmed. Room was fine. But the biggest problem was the silent withdrawal of the airport shuttle. So, you’re left on your own to book a taxi, and hope that it turns up on time. Further, it’s very expensive (£12-17) for a 1 mile journey. Bear this in mind when comparing the Radisson to other properties close by.
The staff were so so lovely. They were super friendly, genuinely and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great and our room was super comfy.
Honestly everything was really great. If i had to pick on sometninf to note its just the location is a little outside of a town so you need to get a bus / taxi if you want to explore but other than that it was a lovely place to stay.!
I purchased a spa membership expecting a relaxing environment, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. On several visits there were guests vaping and behaving loudly in the spa areas, which made it difficult to relax.
Another issue was that there do not appear to be any dedicated adults-only swimming times for spa members. As a result, children can use the pool anytime throughout the day, meaning there is no guaranteed period where members can enjoy a quieter, more relaxing environment.
What disappointed me most was the response from staff when I raised concerns. I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. After receiving a parking charge notice following a visit, I expected the hotel to help or take care of it and offer some support, but I was simply directed to the external parking company that manages the car park.
I would strongly advise anyone considering a spa membership to be extremely careful with the parking arrangements. The car park is operated by a third-party company, and despite entering my registration details, I still received a parking charge notice. If there is a system error or your registration does not register correctly, you may find yourself dealing with a parking charge and little assistance from the hotel.
Overall, I found the customer service disappointing and do not feel the spa membership offered much relaxation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.
breakfast was nice, very quick veggie sausages
wasnt aware that there would be a parking fee. seems bit tight considering the room was nearly £400 for one night.
Lovely hotel, clean and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly
Paying for parking is a bit annoying, it should be included in the price for guests
Good location, nice rooms and good breakfast with helpful staff.
Nothing.
