Excellent stay, I cannot wait to re-book.
Pros:

Location for the train station. The room was on the 4th floor Superior Suite - was perfect in every way. For the first time away on a business trip - extremely relaxed and had a great nights sleep. The room was perfect.

Great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The pre-arrival emails offered a reserved car parking space beside a picture of an underground car park. This was disingenuous as staff told me there is no underground car park and I should park anywhere in the general car park.

The location is great for the airport. The hotel is clean and fresh

Cons:

The room card didn't work. Reception blamed a time issue due to the clocks changing but that was 2 weeks prior. This should have been resolved immediately.
