Beautiful location, great view
Very nice, had ac! Staff very friendly. Safe. Helped with early check in.
Great little hotel close to multiple tube lines. The staff here really are exceptional - always had very warm and welcoming interactions with them. Our room on the 6th floor had air con, renovated bathroom, and views of the Eiffel Tower. Cafe & restaurant options nearby as well.
Not negatives - just FYI for guests - as this is an older property the lift is very small.

Good location on the northern end of the Marais, near Republique. Friendly, helpful staff.
No air conditioning, just a fan that barely worked in extreme heat. Heavy duvets that were inappropriate in such hot weather. Elevator was broken, then fixed, then broke down again -- almost the same situtaion as what happened when I stayed hear ten years ago. Missing knob on one of the clothes hooks in the bathroom. Baked goods for breakfast were not particularly fresh. There was a charging port in the lobby, and it was very slow. There was no charging port in the room itself, nor was there an electrical plug in the bathroom for an American shaver using 110 AC. Most other three-star hotels seem to have one in every room.

Nothing...Clean rooms
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel in Paris. The location was excellent, right next to a major metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city and providing convenient access to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. There were also several other metro stops nearby, a supermarket just around the corner, and it was only a short walk to plenty of restaurants.
We also loved having our own little balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset after exploring the city.
A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and really helped make our stay feel special.
Overall, we loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It’s a great little hotel in a fantastic location with genuinely excellent hospitality.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only minor issue was that the hotel lift was out of service during our stay, which we believe was due to the heatwave. However, the staff kindly carried our luggage to our room, and it really wasn’t a problem for us. Their helpfulness and excellent service more than made up for the temporary inconvenience.
