The property did not meet our expectations. There was no handwash provided in the room, the blanket was inadequate, and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. The room itself was not well maintained and did not feel comfortable. Additionally, we experienced continuous door-knocking noises throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep and made our stay unpleasant.

Pros:

Expérience scandaleuse. J’avais confirmé ma réservation avec ma carte bancaire uniquement pour garantir la chambre, avec un paiement prévu sur place. À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m’informe que l’hôtel est complet et me redirige vers un autre établissement, en me promettant que ma réservation serait annulée sans aucun débit.
Résultat : non seulement j’ai dû payer un second hôtel, mais en plus cet établissement m’a débité l’intégralité du séjour, taxes comprises, en prétendant que je ne m’étais pas présenté. Une double facturation totalement injustifiée et une gestion mensongère.
À fuir absolument. Manque total de professionnalisme et de transparence.

Ça dépanne bien mais je ne recommande pas
Pros:

Les lits étaient confortables et le réceptionniste aimable.

Cons:

Il y a un supplément de 40 euros en cas d’arrivée après 21h. Nous avions réservé pour trois et un des lits n’avait pas de serviette ni de draps. Il a voulu nous faire payer un supplément pour la climatisation alors que cela était compris dans l’offre. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas bien. Les meubles étaient tous abîmés. Les murs sont fin, on entend tous ce qui se passe dans l’hôtel, la rue et les canalisations bruyantes.
