La ubicación

Cons:

Que me cobrarán dinero adicional por llegar al check in después de las 21, cuando ese día lo había notificado con mucha anticipación y también se sumaba la huelga de trenes de Milán lo que retardaba los traslados desde el aeropuerto al centro.

Si tienes una recepción de hotel y estás pagando a una persona para que cubra un turno de trabajo no se debe de hacer este cobro.

La habitación estaba sucia por las orillas y esquinas, el baño carecía de limpieza, pedí cama matrimonial y estaban 2 camas individuales amarradas con correas de carga de furgón, imaginen dormir con eso allí colocado.

El aire acondicionado estaba pero había que pagar 10€ adicionales para usarlo y la temperatura a la que estaba programado no era suficientemente fresca.

Pésimo hospedaje.
Pros:

No tuve desayuno. Pero el baño y la habitación muy pero muy sucio. El baño perdía por abajo, había olor todo el tiempo. Además humedad, basura en la habitación cuando llegamos. Y nos cobraron un adicional por llegar fuera de horario del check in cuando la recepción está las 24 hs. Fuimos porque tuvimos una cancelación de último momento cuando llegamos y era lo único disponible pero no lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Suciedad de muchísimo tiempo. Instalaciones rotas. Humedad. Colchón incómodo.
