The beds were great. the room set up was nice.

Cons:

shower was old and leaked water. shower didn't get hot one day. the staff was not well..there was a lady there she was great but the guy that works at night time was a dick head. I had to use the bathroom and I brought a friend with me, he wouldn't give me my key so I can just run up and use the bathroom because I didn't pay for 2 people to be in the room. I said that's fine, I'll only go up but instead he called the police and caused a scene.

NADA, quitarlo del booking ya!!

Cons:

No me gusto nada en general, lavabo super sucio, cama sin hacer, suelo negro y pegadizo, atencion horrible, por la noche mucho mucho ruido, el lavabo havia tropezones de heces. Me hicieron pagar 20€ por entrar 30minutos antes del chek in, y por guardar las maletas otros 10€, tasa turista 5€ por persona y noche, en el anuncio no estaba nada indicado de estos precios. El seguro de la puerta no funcionaba, por la noche no parava de entrar gente en la recepción( amigos del que estava en la recepción), escuche toda la noche una telenovela pakistani!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too bad not to share.

From the moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong smell that reminded us of an old grandparents’ house that hasn’t been aired out in years

The bathroom was unbelievably small, barely enough space to move, and to make matters worse, there was no toilet paper provided. That alone says a lot about the level of care and attention given to guests.

We were so disappointed and uncomfortable that we checked out just 15 minutes after checking in and seeing the room. Unfortunately, the payment was non-refundable, but that’s how bad the conditions were we simply could not stay there.

Everything felt outdated and uncomfortable.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.
