Important information:

To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.

We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.

We inform you that one of the pools will be closed from May 2 to May 31 for maintenance. However, you will still be able to use the other pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Pros:

Camere interamente rinnovate, molto ampie e spaziose con un bel terrazzino esterno.
Letto comodo.
Posizione ottimale per uscire a piedi a Costa Teguise.
Staff della reception gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Aria condizionata molto rumorosa, porte non ben isolate da cui si sente ogni persona che passa.
Kit bagno un po’ risicato, neanche il balsamo in doccia.
Colazione varia ma con prodotti non di ottima qualità.
Avevamo lasciato il tag non disturbare fuori dalla porta ma rientrando dalla colazione ci siamo trovati il room service in camera che lavava il pavimento con tutte le nostre cose a mezzo (senza neanche aver aspirato), hanno lasciato bicchiere sporco (non dimenticato, solo sciacquato e rimesso al suo posto) e non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani dal momento che non li avevamo lasciati a terra visto che non sarebbero ancora dovuti entrare (li abbiamo dovuti chiedere passati dalle scale).
Parte della struttura era ancora chiusa per lavori di ristrutturazione in corso, di cui non siamo stati avvisati in fase di prenotazione, lo abbiamo scoperto solo all’arrivo.
Parcheggio privato al costo di €10 al giorno.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo sicuramente non conforme.

Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria , con tres playas a elegir a un paso y servicios , restaurantes , ocio en general , al lado del hotel. El personal al completo maravilloso, con un trato simpático y amable de 10.

Everything was exceptional!
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay in Lanzarote. We liked everything the size of the room and the view on the balcony, the breakfast always with a variety of food to suit every need.
The cleanliness not only of the rooms but also of the outdoor spaces, attention to the smallest details.
Highly recommended, we loved our staying!

Hotel très agréable, personnel souriant et accueillant, il faut cependant bien se débrouiller en anglais ou espagnol car une seule personne comprenait et parlait un peu français. Piscine agréable et bié chauffée. Chambre familiale spacieuse.
