To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.
We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.
We inform you that one of the pools will be closed from May 2 to May 31 for maintenance. However, you will still be able to use the other pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Everything from start to finish were excellent. Location is right in the centre, 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants, beach is probably 10mins. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was spotless. We had a deluxe room and was really big. The breakfast was 10/10, everything you could possibly want right down to prosecco ! The pool bar was an added bonus, food was excellent as well as the drinks. We had an early flight and would not have time for breakfast and they even supplied us with some takeaway food which I thought was a lovely touch. I will definately return.

The layout of the hotel feels like you have your own studio apartment instead of a room in and endless hallway.

Les personnes qui posent leur serviette des 8h pour réservé un transat mais qui ne se présentent pas à la piscine.
La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de la salle de bain.
La chambre du dessus faisait des choses intimes à 1h du matin chaque soirs.
L’hôtel a mentionné fournir les produits d hygiène mais il n’y avais pas d’après shampooing, pas de coton tiges, pas de coton, pas de dentifrice, pas de gant de toilette, un shampooing qui sert de gel douche et qui assèche beaucoup trop les cheveux.
Le fait de ne pas changer les tasses et cuillères de tout le séjour.

El hotel es increíble, sin duda me volvería a alojar en él. Las habitaciones e instalaciones son muy nuevas, el desayuno muy bien. El personal super agradable y siempre con una sonrisa.

Nos quedábamos sin agua caliente cuando nos duchábamos y la recepcionista no tuvo mejor idea que decirme que era porque el termo era pequeño. Tuve que insistir y vinieron a ver el problema. Durante nuestra estancia no lo arreglaron ni nos resarcieron con nada.
