To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.

We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel was so clean and staff were very helpful. The location being only a 15 minute transfer was brilliant and hotel is so close to all reataurants, shops and beach.

Cons:

Our room had a balcony but we didn’t get any sun despite being told we would get sun late afternoon. Make sure before booking that your room gets sun if you want to sit out.

The accommodation was fabulous, location was fantastic. Breakfast was so well organised and the selection was amazing . All staff in all areas were so helpful and friendly.

La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue, parfaite pour se détendre en fin de journée.

Cons:

La chambre était globalement propre, mais il aurait été appréciable que le changement des draps et essuies soit fait automatiquement ou proposé plus clairement. J’ai dû en faire la demande moi-même auprès du personnel d’entretien. Cela dit, les femmes de chambre ont été réactives et aimables.

Pour le petit-déjeuner, j’ai apprécié la diversité, mais j’ai été un peu déçue par le jus d’ananas, qui ne semblait pas naturel. Un jus frais aurait vraiment été un plus.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perchè aveva compreso colazione e cena, con bimbi piccoli per noi fondamentale. Orario cena dalle 18.30 super! Staff davvero molto gentile e cordiale, buffet enorme (qualità media per noi italiani ma si trova sempre qualcosa di buono!).
Ambienti e piscina molto belli, stanze ampie e comode. Posizione ottima

Pulizia giornaliera, ma non impeccabile, migliorerei le zone “non visibili”
