Important information:

To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is non-refundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.

We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.

We inform you that one of the pools will be closed from May 2 to May 31 for maintenance. However, you will still be able to use the other pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en Costa Teguise, cerca de todos para ir caminando y con la playa a 5 min.
El alojamiento contaba con todas las facilidades y servicios. Habitaciones amplia.
Personal muy amable.
Servicio de desayuno con muchas opciones.

Cons:

Algún problema con el agua caliente, en nuestra habitación por algún motivo/problema se terminaba.
Se podría mejorar y renovar alguna de las máquinas del gimnasio que ya son viejas y no funcionan bien.

Las instalaciones son perfectas, está todo muy limpio y tranquilo. La ubicación muy buena, puedes visitar la isla sin ningún problema. Destacar la amabilidad de los empleados que siempre están pendiente que estés agusto y tengas todo lo que necesitas.
También muy positivo las piscinas climatizadas que hizo posible su uso en estas fechas. Aunque un par de grados más hubiera sido ya el culmen.

Cons:

Para mi gusto el colchón demasiado blando, pero claro una percepción personal. Lo demás todo perfecto.

Really nice place with great staff.
Pros:

The staff here were fantastic, right through our stay. Large and comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. A short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Finding our room was really difficult for the first 24 hours. We both had to go back to reception after not being able to pinpoint it. Once we had worked it out, this was fine.
