To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.
We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.
We inform you that one of the pools will be closed from May 2 to May 31 for maintenance. However, you will still be able to use the other pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amazing location, modern, clean and very comfortable! Brilliant value for money.
The only thing that pulls it down for me is lack of kids facilities, a mini disco around the snack bar in the evenings would be great, a small play area or a slide, splash area of the pool is the only thing its missing for families with children. I would still go back though.

Very well maintained, very clean , good atmosphere they even made us a packed lunch when we left early to go home
Nothing wrong at all perfect stay
El trato del personal, en general, la estética del lugar y las piscinas. El desayuno muy completo y variado.
Me parece poco elegante que te cobren el parking a 10€ diarios si no has reservado a través de su página web. La mitad de las plazas estaban libres y cada tarde teníamos que ir a buscar aparcamiento bastante lejos del hotel.

Tea at one side of building fry eggs at other side food in. Middle by the time you get them breakfast is cold
Location and cleanliness
The bathrooms could do with the tiles grout and silicon around the shower being renewed looking very dated, turning black and dated-also as an English guest the tv could do with showing bbc or itv news without a very poor signal every day
