Zeer goed hotel
Pros:

Wij dienden na een onvoorzien defect aan onze wagen in het topseizoen in Girona een hotel te boeken. Wij kwamen uit op Hotel Europa.
De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en vooral enorm begripvol.
Zowel de eigenaar als alle medewerkers waren zeer attentvol en steeds bereid om ons bij te staan.
Bovendien is het hotel zeer goed gelegen om daarna de stad te bezoeken (700m) alsook vrij dicht bij het treinstation van Girona.
Ontbijt geven ze niet maar dat kan je voor een zeer goedkope prijs met hoge kwaliteit vinden. Eetgelegenheden zijn er genoeg in Girona.
Dit is een hotel waar je ook veilig bent, er zal niemand binnenkomen die er noet moet zijn.
In tegenstelling tot grote ketens is dit hotel een zeer warm en vriendelijk hotel. Alles is aanwezig, is basic, is proper en je wordt er geholpen op een wijze dat je heden ten dage niet meer kan vinden. Top Hotel!

Book if you need good train station access and don’t mind doing a walk to the old town?
Pros:

Convenient location near the train station. Very friendly staff available 24/7. Has a lift for luggage! Decent hotel providing all basic amenities even a hot shower. There’s a grocery store and cafe nearby. The stay was lovely!

Cons:

Not a dislike but the shower pressure is really strong, was surprised it went so fast, we had a little leak from bathroom door to the room floor. Hotel distance to the old town is a good walk but manageable. Bed isn’t the comfiest but wide and good sized.

Cons:

Nach der Übernachtung hatte ich mehrere rote, juckende Stellen am Arm. Außerdem hatte ich morgens Ameisen im Zimmer, nachdem ich ein Croissant liegen gelassen hatte. Ich kann nicht sicher sagen, woher die Stiche kommen, aber der Aufenthalt war für mich dadurch unangenehm.

El personal es verdad que es encantador, muy agradable y están operativos en n cualquier momento

Cons:

No estaba limpia la habitación. Polvo en la mesa y estanterías. Basura con restos (bastoncillo de odios usados sin tirar).

La habitación extremadamente pequeña. Muy poca iluminación y no hay luz natural.

A very expensive stay at a good hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

It was a good honest hotel with excellent friendly staff especially Joseph. Michael on night shift was great too. The location was workable and the room was decent sized. Loved the fact it had a balcony.
We were kindly given access to hot water and cutlery which was very appreciated.

Cons:

However, i felt it was far too expensive for what we got. If it was £50 a night cheaper, it would have been excellent.
A hotel of that price should provide a kettle in every room so we can make tea.
