The standby switch of the TV glows really bright and is hard to ignore at night. Noise from other rooms clearly audible.

Good choice for a no frills break.
Pros:

Great location for bus and train station. 24 hour reception with friendly staff. Basic room facilities (although hair dryer in bathroom) with smallish shower cubicle but good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Air con and heating is available in the room but I did not require either during my three night stay, although the weather was getting quite hot.

Cons:

No breakfast option, although reception are happy to point you to a variety of eating places in the immediate vicinity.

Practical, close to train station for early / late travel. Not a place to hang around though.
Pros:

Good room with 3 beds and bathroom. Clean, comfy and reception offered to keep our luggage’s before check in as well as keep some food in their fridge for us. However, it was smelling of cigarette in the building and in the rooms. Practical location close to train station et car rental.

Cigarette smell.

Nice stay at a reasonably-priced hotel within walking distance to most of Girona’s sights.
Pros:

Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

No AC remote in room, I had to go down to front desk to get it.
