Über das Hotel buchbarer Parkplatz nur ein paar Häuser weiter.

Cons:

Pros:

Pěkné ubytování kousem od autobusového/vlakového nádraží. Jen jsme přespávali a vše ok,stihli jsme si projít večerní Gironu:). Vybavení pokojů trochu starší ale plně funkční.

Sencillo pero perfecto para unos días
Pros:

El personal fue increíble. Su amabilidad y su atención es algo que subrayar muy positivamente. Además la limpieza fue excelente. Ubicación excelente también.

Cons:

El precio es un poco elevado, me imagino que por lo que supone la traka estos días en Girona.

L'hôtel est tout proche de la gare, très pratique quand on voyage en bus et train.
Le personnel est charmant et serviable.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Cons:

La décoration est un peu vieillotte.
Il n'y a pas de service de petit déjeuner, mais très bon café à 2 pas ("Ocre").

The hotel was clean and near the city centre.

what I didn’t like was that a friend of mine came to visit me in my room, and after just 20 minutes the receptionist called me asking me to bring my guest outside, as they don’t allow visitors in the rooms. This rule was not mentioned anywhere on the booking.

In all the hotels I’ve stayed at before, having a guest in the room has never been a problem. Whoever it is shouldn’t matter. Later that same day, my friend came back with me to the hotel just to rest for a couple of hours before leaving. The director made a big scene, threatening that if I booked again, he would ban me from the system. In the end, he allowed my friend to stay, but he treated us as if we were trying to cheat the system by booking a single room and using it for two people, even though my friend was only staying briefly.

I have never had such a bad experience. The hotel itself was good, clean, and conveniently located near the city centre, but the issue with guests, the receptionist calling after only twenty minutes, and the director’s behaviour made the whole experience a complete nightmare.

Avoid, spend €10 more somewhere else to save yourself.
Pros:

The location was extremely close to the centre of town. It had a working elevator and a small balcony. The room and hotel are clean, but clearly there is a plumbing issue that is holding them back. Each staff we interacted with was very very kind, as well, so this poor review has nothing to do with them at all!

Cons:

The owners of the hotel are not managing it properly, they need to seriously fix the terrible sewage gas issues. The smell hits you when you walk in the door and also was even worse in our room. It's not just disgusting, it's a fire hazard and health hazard.

That smell is toxic, it's hydrogen sulfide and methane entering from the sewers. This can cause headaches, nausea, and, in severe cases, dangerous respiratory issues or fire hazards. We did the common sense thing of course - we kept the bathroom door completely closed (but it clearly wasn't airtight) and kept the balcony window wide open, all night. Yet still, the smell was still so bad it kept waking us all throughout the night, and was just the worst smell I've ever had to deal with inside a building.

Cuando reservamos solo quedaba una habitacion cuádruple y nos hubiera gustado dos habitaciones pero esto no era problema del hotel
