zentrale Lage am Bahnhof, gutes Frühstück, einfache Buchung, Preis-Leistung nicht angemessen

Cons:

Zimmer sollte renoviert werden. Auf den Bildern bei Booking nicht sofort zu erkennen, da überwiegend renovierte Zimmer abgebildet sind.

Kann, muss aber nicht.
Pros:

Lage direkt am HBF und Einkauscenter.

Cons:

Personal ist unangenehm. Insbesondere die länger daseienden.
Wenn man des Morgens im Innenhof sitzt, kann man sich einen Überblick über die Unzufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter machen und es werden auch gerne Kraftausdrücke verwendet.
( Tip an das Personal: Fenster zum Innenhof zu machen.)

Leider unrenoviertes Zimmer, weit unter den Erwartungen

Die Lobby und andere öffentliche Bereiche waren schön und gemütlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider eins der wenigen nicht renovierten Zimmer, was wir natürlich vorher nicht wussten und sich auch nicht im Preis widergespiegelt hat (denke ich mal, denn ich fand es trotz Saison recht teuer). Die Abweichung von den Fotos der restlichen Räume war wirklich enorm, es hatte eher Hostel-Charakter, war abgewohnt und wirkte dadurch nicht wirklich sauber. On top haben wir nach einem langen, heißen Tag festgestellt, dass die Klimaanlage kaputt ist. Das war an der Rezeption bekannt, man gab uns daraufhin einen Ventilator und einen kleinen Preisnachlass. Das ist okay, wir hätten uns aber gewünscht, dass man uns das direkt beim Checkin mitgeteilt hätte. Dann wären wir tatsächlich einfach nach Hause gefahren, was uns rückblickend auch davor bewahrt hätte, dass uns Nachts im Sophienparkhaus das Auto aufgebrochen und die Hälfte unserer Sachen geklaut wurde. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber ich würde trotzdem die Empfehlung für dieses Parkhaus auf der Hotelwebseite zu überdenken…

The location and staff were nice.

Cons:

We had a non-renovated room in the attic withoug aircon and the room was quite hot. The pictures shown on booking were the ones of the rooms that were renovated. The breakfast didnt have much variety.
