Apartamentos La Laguneta

Excellent séjour à la laguneta. Je recommande, appart hôtel près de la plage et des commerces, tout en étant à l'écart pour bénéficier du calme. Logement fonctionnel, confortable avec une cuisine très pratique, sans parler de la piscine avec accès depuis la terrasse. Idéalement situé pour visiter l'île en voiture. Stationnement facile et gratuit autour du logement. Au top!

Really enjoyed our stay, apartments are spacious and clean, lovely pool. Nice and quiet, about a 10 minute walk down to the main strip. Nothing negative to say!

Friendly chap when we checked in. Apartment was clean and suited our needs for our first time in Lanzarote. Pool just outside our apartment was an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Thank you

When viewed on a map, the property looks quite a way from the main strip but it is only a 6 minute walk, mostly on the flat. There is also a small supermarket 3 minutes walk away. Our apartment was nice and quiet and had everything needed for our week’s stay with a good sized patio area leading onto the swimming pool. We would definitely return.

Good location, plenty of parking outside the property. Host was very accommodating, our flight was later than planned but they ensured that they were available upon check in. Good and prompt communication even prior to the stay. The apartment was very clean. Another bonus was the Smart TV. Truly recommend.

Peut-être revoir le frigo dont il manque pas mal d’étagère et la propreté du micro ondes.
Sinon il y a tout ce qu’il faut comme ustensiles, ménage, piscine. Calme

Struttura molto carina, con piscina, facilmente raggiungibile e con possibilità di parcheggio. In 10 minuti a piedi si è al lungomare di PdC, la posizione è inoltre ottima se si vuole girare l'isola. Appartamento spazioso, con servizio di pulizia giornaliero. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Y solo nos cambiaron las toallas 2 veces en 8 noches
Y tampoco que dejo de funcionar la cisterna del baño 2 veces, no hibo agua en el fregadero otro dia y el agua de la ducha salia fria sobre todo por las mañanas y con muy poca presion
Aunque es verdad que cuando avisamos en recepción fueron rapidos arreglando el agua del fregadero y de la cisterna
Volviendo a fallar la cisterna el ultimo dia

El apartamento no estaba preparado para 3 personas. Disponía de dos camas individuales y un sofá que no era sofá-cama. No hay cafetera y no disponíamos de jabón en el baño. Aún así repetiríamos la experiencia. La atención de recepción es genial y perfecta. Te preguntan todos los días si necesites el servicio de limpieza. Fueron muy atentos y simpáticos durante toda la estancia. Necesitábamos imprimir unos documentos y fueron muy agradables imprimiéndolos. La piscina está genial. El apartamento estaba limpio y los alrededores son muy bonitos. En definitiva, si hay que poner un “pero” el único sería el sofá cama o disponer de una tercera cama. El tamaño del apartamento para tres personas es perfecto.

It was ideal for our holiday, very quiet relaxing, pool very nice.
If you wanted to stroll down to the front it was a 10 minute walk till you arrived at the Casino and restaurants, or €3 in a taxi to Matagorda or Los pocillos.

Siamo ormai clienti abituali e ci siamo trovati benissimo come sempre. La disponibilità di Mingo è stata eccezionale ed il posto è in una posizione ideale e tranquilla.

El alojamiento un poquito descuidado. El personal encantador. Las toallas muy muy cutres. Limpian a diario.

Très bien situé, extérieur agréable avec une belle piscine bien entretenue.
En revanche les appartements laissent à désirer en matière de propreté car le ménage n'est pas fait, on nous change uniquement les poubelles et le pq au quotidien. Les serviettes quand on nous demande mais c'est tout. Cela mériterait beaucoup plus d'attention pour notre confort, une semaine sans même un coup de balais !
Personnel cela dit agréable et disponible.

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal del hotel, la limpieza impecable y el apartamento muy bonito y muy luminoso. Lo único un poco malo que hacía mucho calor y no se nos ocurrió alquilar el aire acondicionado culpa nuestra.

Lovely relaxing stay which is what we wanted. Outside Puerto de Carmen, but a 10mins walk and you're on the front. Friendly staff who were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Bed was a little hard for us, some people like hard beds. Lovely pool, well maintained and there's a pool table. Only a 1€ if you want to use. There's a local shop a 3 min walk if you forget anything, but go to the main stretch and theirs a Spar shop near that area. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Liked every thing about our apartment Please dont go and expect to walk in to a fully equipped kitchen it is all basic but workable There is family feeling about the place People go two ,three times per year and we hope to go back next year
