Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita , staff molto gentile

Cons:

La colazione , l’apertura della sbarra, trovo. Assurdo che per uscire ed entrare debba scendere dalla macchina e suonare, poche macchine elettriche per accompagnare i clienti nelle stanze con i bagagli specialmente per il borgo.

Not far from beach, great size of rooms.. good location, walkable distance to main things in Cala Gonone

Cons:

Quite few things tbh - breakfast was same every day. Was very surprised hotel was charging for car park (I read about it) but still think this was first hotel in my life where I was staying and should pay for parking.
It was part of our wedding anniversary trip and we upgraded room to superior and asked stuff to give us room with more privacy but instead of that we get room with porch at ground floor near walking path so it was zero privacy, people even was short cutting path near our windows so that was bit off and really didn't liked

La localisation a 15/20min à pied du centre ville

Douches minuscules , vraiment indécent
Insonorisation avec chambre du dessus inexistante
On entends l’eau couler dans l’évacuation tout le long de notre mur de chambre à chaque fois que les voisinons du dessus tirent la chasse d’eau
Pas de wifi à part à la réception
Buffet petit déjeuner très bas de gamme, de mauvaise qualité
Plage : il y a des évacuations d’eaux usées qui donnent dans l’eau de la plage de l’hôtel
Piscine: pas de place sur les transats

Vår vistelse på detta hotell var en stor besvikelse och levde inte alls upp till våra förväntningar.
När vi checkade in upptäckte vi att varken luftkonditioneringen eller kylskåpet fungerade. Temperaturen i rummet låg på cirka 30 grader med hög luftfuktighet, vilket gjorde det i princip omöjligt att sova. När vi kontaktade personalen fick vi beskedet att vi skulle behöva vänta två dagar eftersom de först behövde beställa gas till luftkonditioneringen. Det är helt oacceptabelt att förvänta sig att gäster ska bo under sådana förhållanden.
Vi bad flera gånger om att få byta rum, men personalen vägrade trots att det fanns lediga rum – något som tydligt kunde ses via Booking.com. Efter flera timmars diskussioner och mycket frustration lyckades vi till slut få ett annat rum, men då hade redan en hel semesterdag förstörts.
Även restaurangen höll en mycket låg standard. Maten kändes ofräsch och det flög insekter runt i restaurangen, vilket gjorde måltiderna mycket otrevliga.
Sammantaget präglades vår vistelse av dålig service, bristande problemlösning och undermåliga faciliteter. Vi kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell och kommer inte att återvända.

Buona la posizione e la struttura carina, la piscina grande

All'arrivo le indicazioni per trovare la reception sono state forvianti equasi assenti. In stanza all'arrivo non funzionava l'acqua calda, però fatto reclamo hanno provveduto ad intervenire. La colazione continentale abbastanza scarsa. Gli orari dalle 7.30 alle 10, ma alle 9.30 non c'era più scelta. Mancava il pane, le fette biscottate, la macchinetta del cappuccino era senza il caffè, e venivano "ricaricate" solo su richiesta esplicita. Ho chiesto di sparecchiare un tavolo, e non è stata neanche sbattuta la tovaglia, quindi hanno riapparecchiato sulle briciole del tavolo precedente. Nei bagni comuni non c'era il sapone. Il bagno esterno dedicato alla piscina in tutta la sera non è mai stato pulito e quello degli uomini è stato chiuso, quindi andando tutti in due bagni dedicati in realtà alle donne le condizioni igieniche scarseggiavano. Poi vabbè parere personale è che trovo assurdo che debbano fare pagare il parcheggio.
