Vi har bott på Hotell Lindén tidigare men har aldrig varit med om en sådan service. Mannen från receptionen har inte informerat oss vilka regler gäller på kvällen. Vi har hund och jag gick ut med hunden kl 21.10 for kvällspromenad. Har varit lite förvånad att receptionen är inte öppen men nödutgången var öppen. Jag hade inte mobilen med mig inte heller nyckeln till vårt rum eftersom min man var inne. Han var trött och ville lägga sig.När jag ville komma in till hotellet dörren till nödutgången var låst!!!Jag började gå runt hotellet, försökte knacka på andra hus- ingen respons. Efter 45 minuter min man gick ner för att kontrollera vad har hänt med oss, att vi inte har kommit från promenaden och öppnade dörren för mig. Det var tur att han inte har somnat .
Hur kommer det sig att receptionen är stängt utan att informera gästerna och så tidigt som kl 21 på kvällen?
På morgonen åt vi frukost och druckit vanligt kaffe och när vi betalade det har visat sig att vi betalade extra för kaffe- 6 euro trots att frukosten ingick i priset . Det var droppen!

Leckeres Frühstück, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, frisch! zubereitetes Rührei oder Spiegelei , sehr freundlicher Service.Wir werden gerne wieder hier Gast sein.

Heerlijk ontbijt, ei werd vers klaargemaakt. Koffie werd netjes in een kannetje gebracht. Erg vriendelijk personeel
