Boa localização e tranquilidade
Pros:

Foi um hotel usado apenas para dormir, pelo que não usufruímos do pequeno-almoço. O quarto estava limpo e era simples, tal como esperado. O hotel é muito sossegado e tem uma localização excelente, tanto para explorar Münster como a Alsácia. Funcionou muito bem para uma paragem de uma noite. Excelentes opções de restaurantes por perto, como também o mercado de Natal.

Cons:

A cama podia ser mais confortável. Ainda assim, tendo em conta o valor que pagámos, acaba por ser aceitável.

Le cadre dans un parc même si à cette période tout le potentiel ne s'exprime pas pleinement. La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Le surclassement aurait été pleinement apprécié si un problème persistant d'odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre (dûe certainement à un problème de réalisation du système d'évacuation sanitaire) ne nous avait gâché en partie le séjour. Le personnel d'accueil n'y était évidemment pour rien. Inconcevable tout de même qu'une construction très récente et de ce standing fasse l'objet de malfaçons avec ces conséquences.
De plus les prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur, la présence de cheveux et débris dans la vasque a été remarquée à notre arrivée par la personne de l'accueil venue constater le problème d'odeurs. Le lendemain après passage du service de nettoyage, la tablette que j'avais relevée pour bien mettre le problème en évidence avait été rabattue cachant les déchets toujours présents!

Séjour moyennement agréable car les prestations étaient à la baisse
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du centre dans un endroit calme.

Cons:

Le volet était bloqué, le rideau était à moitié accroché. Il restait des tâches dans les tasses et il y avait de la poussière sur le meuble. Le petit déjeuné n'était pas très varié.
