Pros:

La struttura di per se non ha nessun problema, camera nuove, ristrutturate, moderne e pulite e anche in generale la struttura è mantenuta bene.
Si trova in una zona comoda sia per gardaland , ma alla fine in 25 min sei anche a verona ma non c’ è niente da fare in giro sei obbligato a spostarti

Il personale d’ accoglienza che ci ha fatto il check in è stato molto superficiale, non ha dato nessun tipo di informazione utile, tipo gli orari delle colazione, a che piano fosse la camera ecc, dettagli che dovrebbero essere dati.
Tutte le info più utile e essenziali poi le abbiamo trovate in un fogliettino in camera ma comunque dovrebbero essere comunicate

Soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è bella e curata, ma ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario e della collega che si occupa della colazione, sempre sorridenti e attenti agli ospiti.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglio volentieri.

Cons:

Come piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza, sarebbe utile fornire qualche informazione in più sull’utilizzo dell’aria condizionata. Inoltre, nella doccia sarebbe comodo avere qualche appoggio per shampoo e prodotti personali e una maggiore disponibilità di shampoo monodose usa e getta.

Io mi accontento.. Albergo per chi deve solo pernottare
Pros:

Buona posizione per il nostro tour sul lago, parcheggio, pulizia della stanza, bagno con lavandino mini ma per breve soggiorno va ugualmente bene. Colazione da bar.

Cons:

Purtroppo era rotto il pulsantino per doccino e non ci hanno rimesso prodotti da doccia. Senza ascensore ma noi avevamo trolley.
