Romantik-Hotel in Burg hoch über den Mittelrhein mit Wellness-Bereich und srernverdächtigem Panorama-Restaurant
Pros:

Grandiose Location, stilvolles Ambiente, geräumiges Zimmer, Wellness mit Sauna und Schwimmbad und eigener Parkplatz auf dem Burghof - und Panorama-Restaurant mit Rheinblick und Tischreservierung in der ersten Reihe, was kann man mehr haben wollen?

In der Vorsaison, in Mörz, kann einen nur das Wetter in Deutschland stören…

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, der Blick vom Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksraum aus ist atemberaubend und das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön und ansprechend gestaltet, wir hätten uns nur ein paar mehr Liegen gewünscht.

Una estancia en un castillo romántico
Pros:

Nos encantó la localización en la ladera del río Rhin. Teníamos unas vistas muy buenas. La habitación
Y el baño eran un poco pequeños pero es normal en un castillo milenario. Además estaba todo perfectamente renovado y limpio.
El desayuno simplemente maravilloso, una gran cantidad y variedad de fruta, cereales, panes, embutidos y quesos.
Teníamos contratada a la habitación con el acceso al spa incluido. Aunque este no es especialmente completo, pero dispone de sauna finlandesa, baño turco, y una piscina en la que se podía nadar. Sin límite de tiempo. Además se pueden contratar tratamientos de masaje, pero esto no eran muy económicos, a precio alemán.
Pero era especial el entorno, por el hecho de dormir en un castillo y por las vistas.
Además la amabilidad del personal es justo destacar.

Schöner Kurztrip

Ein rustikales Hotel mit schöner Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Abendessen sehr gut.

Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Direkt neben dem Hotel kann die Burgruine besichtigt werden.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück herrschte auf Personalseite Hektik. Zuerst konnten unsere Zimmer nicht zugeordnet werden, dann bekamen wir einen nicht eingedeckt Tisch, obwohl diese verfügbar waren, und der Frühstücksablauf, z.B. Kaffee kommt oder muss geholt werden usw., wurde nicht erläutert.

Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich, der Blick im Frühstücksraum auf den Rhein ist atemberaubend und das absolute Highlight.

Cons:

Der Pool ist sehr klein und sehr kalt, die Sauna ist auch nicht wirklich heiß. Die Burgschänke war geschlossen, was den ganzen Eingangsbereich irgendwie muffig und düster gemacht hat. Aber wirklich schlimm war die Lüftungsanlage, die zumindest im obersten Stockwerk von 5 Uhr morgens bis 23 Uhr abends durchgängig gedröhnt hat. Ich hatte dadurch leider keinen Schlaf gefunden und war nach dem Aufenthalt sehr gerädert.

Entspannung auf der Burg, läßt keine Wünsche offen
Pros:

Alleine der Ausblick ist schon atemberaubend mit Block auf Burg Katz, die Loreley und den Rhein. Daneben läßt das Wellness-Angebot keinerlei Wünsche offen, Schwimmbad und Sauna mit anschließenden Terassen sowie Massage und Entspannungsräumen. Ich bin ein Fan geworden und empfehle das Hotel unbedingt weiter.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, erfüllt aber nicht den extrem hohen Standard des Hotels.

Atemberaubend, tolle Aussicht, urig, entspannend.
Pros:

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, das Frühstück ebenso! Ebenso war das Personal sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich hier ist der Gast doch König! Hier darf man auch sagen, wenn was nicht so gut ist und es wird sofort korrigiert. Das finde ich sehr schön und ebenso der Kaffee an den Tisch fand ich prima! Auch die Betten waren für mich hervorragend! Für dynamische Leute gab es natürlich auch noch in den Katakomben einen sehr schönen Ruheraum und Fitnessraum

Cons:

Schade fand ich, dass im Wellnessbereich am Pool nicht auch Sitzmöglichkeiten waren! Für junge und dynamische Leute schon, aber für ältere Personen ein bisschen zu wenig. Essen ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache! Hier hat für mich die Preisleistung nicht ganz so gepasst.

Lage war sehr schön. Frühstück war auch super und dazu die Aussicht top. Leider waren die Angebote der Restaurants in der Umgebung sehr minimalistisch, da Montags und Dienstags meistens Ruhetag ist. Waren manchmal 2 Stunden unterwegs um etwas zu finden.

Restaurants viele geschlossen, obwohl laut Internet geöffnet sind.
