من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها. المشكلة الأكبر لم تكن في الفندق نفسه، بل في عدم احترافية موظفي الاستقبال وطريقة تعاملهم مع النزلاء. يفتقرون إلى أبسط أساليب الاحترام وخدمة العملاء، وكان أسلوب الحديث متعالياً وغير متعاون عند طلب المساعدة أو الاستفسار. شعرت وكأن وجود النزيل عبء عليهم وليس جزءاً من عملهم. للأسف، الانطباع الأول والأخير عن الفندق كان سيئاً بسبب موظفي الاستقبال، ولن أكرر التجربة أو أوصي بهذا الفندق لأي شخص يبحث عن خدمة راقية واحترام للنزلاء.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The biggest issue was not the hotel itself, but the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff and the way they treated guests. They lacked even the most basic standards of respect and customer service, and their attitude was arrogant and uncooperative whenever assistance or information was requested.
I genuinely felt as though guests were seen as a burden rather than the reason the hotel exists. Unfortunately, both my first and last impression of this hotel were ruined because of the reception staff. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, professionalism, and respect for its guests.
