Plenty of better properties in Gold Goast

Location was terrific

Cons:

Lots of construction going on which I wasn’t warned of at time of booking. It was shocking 7am the drilling started and went all day. Was not relaxing at all.

Couldnt be prevented BUT ITS right next to a demolition construction site. Very noisy from 6.30am. Not relaxing staying at unit during the day. I was only informed after booking and paying!

Love the property location. So close to the beach and all the shops & coffee shops.
Love the broadbeach vibe. Will return again.
Pool was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Room needed some maintenance, light bulbs gone in kitchen and bathroom window didn't close properly so wind was rushing in causing the bathroom to be cold. Wasn't able to report it as I was not around during the reception opening times.

Great location, the front desk were so helpful. Made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We had the grown floor with a big outdoor area to sit and have breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy access to the pool and tennis court and BBQ area.

A great get away
Pros:

Fantastic location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The one-bedroom apartment was nice with a sea view. It was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy.
We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Only negatives were the noise from the demolition site next door and most uncomfortable sofa ever.

Very comfortable. Big bathroom with washing machine, dryer and spacious shower. Well set up kitchen and the best bed with beautiful white cotton bedlinen and doona. 2 sundecks - one facing ocean and the other facing the amazing Broadbeach scene just across the tennis court!

Cons:

Nearby building being demolished! However it was all quiet over our Anzac weekend.
