Pros:

Close to the beach and in heart of Broadbeach. It was clean. Guy in reception was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Car park was tight but could fit a tall vehicle. Room was dated and ordinary. We had to sleep in lounge room on floor as bed was extremely uncomfortable and bouncy whenever you moved and you rolled inwards badly, on investigation found bed base was broken they had placed a large piece of ply on it between the base and matress to stablise the top matress! Just get a new bed in there please! We wont be returning.

Good value for a 2 bedroom apartment
Pros:

Fantastic location very close to the beach & loads of very good restaurants just a short walk away.

Cons:

Just needs a little updating but was very comfortable with excellent view of the sea & city.
Also had a lovely private pool.
Facilities were ideal for us with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, balconies & laundry.
Helpful staff.

Comfortable, enjoyable being close to the beach, restaurants etc.
Pros:

The response from staff at all times was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was well explained and communication was excellent.

Nothing as it met all expectations.

Great central location
Pros:

Very central location. Great views from the two balconies.

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated, but it suited the ‘vibe’ and we all enjoyed our short stay. Will definitely stay again.

A great place to stay at a reasonable price with staff that are very accommodating.
Pros:

The location of the apartment was great as it was just around the corner from the Beach, Shopping Centre and Restaurants. Being so close to the beach enabled a swim both morning and afternoon most days which was excellent. The apartment itself was clean and very functional and great views to the Beach.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't quite effective was the air conditioner in the main living room didn't quite feed through to the bedroom so this room was always a little warmer than the main living room, although we still managed to sleep very well.
