We had the grown floor with a big outdoor area to sit and have breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy access to the pool and tennis court and BBQ area.

Fantastic location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The one-bedroom apartment was nice with a sea view. It was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy.
We would definitely stay there again.
Only negatives were the noise from the demolition site next door and most uncomfortable sofa ever.

Very comfortable. Big bathroom with washing machine, dryer and spacious shower. Well set up kitchen and the best bed with beautiful white cotton bedlinen and doona. 2 sundecks - one facing ocean and the other facing the amazing Broadbeach scene just across the tennis court!
Nearby building being demolished! However it was all quiet over our Anzac weekend.

Location was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was the perfect size and the view was great
Had everything we needed like a microwave, wifi and the location was very central. The manager gave us pool towels even though the reception was closed. We appreciated this.
Two things
1. The pillows were terrible, please replace these as my partner and I had sore necks for a few days after this
2. The shower would leak even with the shower door closed (from underneath the door). This made the bathroom dangerous and slippery. I think a new water stopper needs to be installed.
