A pleasant stay with a great view and good amenities.
Pros:

Location was great within walking distance to everything we needed. Pool, spa and sauna were an added bonus. Self contained with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and clothes racks were an added bonus

Cons:

Demolition site next door was noisy but we were warned before we arrived. A discount because of the hassle would have been appreciated

Pleasant stay in a great location... except for the constant air conditioner equipment noise.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and laundry facilities.

Cons:

Constant 24 hour a day noise from the air conditioner system next to the pool. Loud fan noise worse at night when it is quite outside. It was loud even 5 levels above with the windows closed and can be heard day and night. For this reason alone I would not stay at this apartment again. Otherwise the apartment is good.
